Air Repair Pros

We’ve had the maintenance program with Air Repair Pros for several years and are very pleased with the services they provide. Johnny Rivera was our Service Technician today. He was on time, friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this company to others.

Blake was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Got my ac up and running in less than an hour! We can now handle this Texas heat!

Cole was able to come out and give us an estimate in replacing our outside and inside unit and thoroughly explain the details and differences of each option/tier level. He was patient with us as we were getting quotes from 4-5 different companies. Ultimately later that night we decided to go with him & Air Repair Pros. They were able to come out the next morning and get our new unit installed and old unit hauled off! Cole was super friendly, supportive and responsive through the process and answered questions before I could even ask them most of the time! He was always one step ahead. The two instal crew members were very respectful and efficient. They laid cloth protective down to walk on and keep our house clean and cleaned up after themselves as well. A/C systems are not cheap obviously, but I was glad to at least not deal with the headache of a horrible company and crews. Air Repair Pros is definitely the way to go!

Overall Sam did a real good job on fixing the overflow of the water on the down stairs unit. He is a dedicated, hard worker and honest.

Andrew is probably one of the sweetest most professional HVAC people that I’ve met and we used to own an HVAC company! he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had a question day or two later, and he called me back promptly and answered it. I would highly recommend this company.

Air Repair Pros is always super responsive! I got on their schedule quickly after calling. Their techs, Dallas and Mark, showed up on time. They were professional and explained in detail the situation with my HVAC. It did need some repairs and they quickly provided a quote, but we’re not pushy. They had parts so I had them make repairs and they were done in 30 minutes. I trust this company and highly recommend!
