Jason is a rockstar in my book! We were without air on Sunday and by Monday morn 10am he was out here ready with all that was needed to restore our AC!

We used Air Repair Pros this last year to fully replace our A/C system and have had a wonderful experience. We have run into a few hiccups since install but every time I have raised a concern they have been diligent in coming out and fixing the issues. Everyone that has been out for repair and maintenance has been wonderful!! Jason has been who we have been dealing with most recently and he is always super professional and friendly. He works hard to address everything that is going on as well as any concerns/questions we may have. I have and will continue to recommend this company!

Update- Air Repair Pros sent out the same technician that we had service our house last year (his name is Cole) and we are much happier with the service. I appreciate the quick repose and customer service that was provided to us with Cole (the technician). 5 stars for Cole. —————————————————————-
Don’t recommend at all- definitely salespeople who are looking to meet quotas using bait and switch tactics. We chose Air Repair Pros because of their great reviews, but were sorely disappointed by their service, prices, and “comfort club.” I called to express my disappointment in their service and cancel our subscription to the comfort club today and was told that we have to pay 20 percent more of what we paid on Saturday if we cancel. Save your time and energy and find a honest company that cares about their customers.

Brandon and Colton came out quicker than expected last minute and got to task. Brandon did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue and taking the necessary time to ensure there was in fact a leak. He documented the entire process and was thorough in explaining the resolution.
Simply put, both were professional and personal and underscore the definition of thorough customer service.

I was experiencing problems with my AC. I called and they had someone out within two hours. Johnny R. was very personable, patient, and helpful. He explained the problem and my options, was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the prompt service, excellent communication, and friendly employees.

Sam was extremely professional and helpful! He explained everything to me thoroughly before proceeding with anything. Our house already feels a million times better. I highly recommend him for any of your ac needs!

Dallas B came out on 6/11 and analyzed the compressor and saw that capacitor needed to be replaced. We’ve had Dallas several times and he is always professional, friendly and talks to us like we’re best friends. We called Air Repair yesterday 6/10 at 5:45 pm and thr were here by 8 am today. Thanks Air Repair for another great service.

Noel and the crew did a fantastic job! They were very thorough with analysis, installation and quality control. They communicated clearly across all steps. Noel connected me to the new thermostat and explained clearly how to use it. I highly recommmend using Air Repair Pros!!

Josh from Air Repair Pros was great. Called late Friday Afternoon and he came by and took care of all our needs. We asked him a bunch of questions and he did a real nice job of answering them professionally but also was cool and fun! Air Repair Pros will be our go to with HVAC issues moving forward.
