Sonny was fantastic. Extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He walked me through every part of the system, what was wrong, and what needed to be repaired. It took a few days to get parts but he squeezed us in because we had no air in the house. Would highly recommend for any AC repairs or maintenance. We will absolutely be using his services in the future!

I called Sonny only minutes after arriving home from work due to my air conditioning stopped. Sonny answered immediately and scheduled me in for that night. Within four hours of my call Sonny had it working again!

He cares about his customers and he was very professional. He cleaned up afterwards and gave me a warranty for the work he personally performed.

Of course I will use his company again when the time comes for a new air conditioning system or a tuneup.

The price I was charged was very fair even for it being an emergency call/service.

I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs he came right out right away on the weekend on short notice and fixed the ac system. There are a lot of people out there that are under qualified and overcharge for things you dont need. He fully explained how the operating system works and detailed the diagnosis. They're looking for honesty and integrity look no where else.

Sonny was professional and courteous while doing maintenance on my Trane. I was interested in the process and he showed me how the diagnostic evaluation works and the steps involved with routine maintenance. Sonny was amazing! On Sunday morning here in benbrook we had an emergency ac issue. We woke up with no air in the middle of July. I called Sonny about 9am and he was to our house before 1pm that day diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it that day because our ac required a unique motor that he didn’t carry on his truck. But Sonny made a special trip to the supplier the next day because the website said they didn’t have any in stock and he couldn’t get them on the phone. So he made a special trip just to be 100% positive that they didn’t have one. Lucky, they had just received a truck between him driving there and looking online and they got two in. He picked it up and got it installed for us. Sonny’s communication with us was superb. Would definitely recommend him to anyone around us!!!!

Sonny recently came out to my home for a second opinion on my Heat Pump. It’s a fairly new system and the first company to come out gave an exorbitant estimate for the repair they diagnosed. I called Fort Worth Air Conditioning Company and Sonny came out promptly. He was able to confirm the diagnosis and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. The price quoted made much more sense after he explained the work involved. Sonny’s extensive knowledge of heating and air conditioning is evident and set him apart from other companies I’ve used in the past. Hopefully we don’t have any AC or heating issues anytime soon, but Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. is definitely our go to for hvac repair and maintenance!

Very happy with their Service, came within a day of the issues I was encountering. Replaced a variable speed motor on my AC unit. It wasn’t cheap but it is what it is. System back up and running the following day. Polite, punctual and efficient.

Fort Worth Air is amazing!! Sonny was phenomenal! He was on time, Incredibly nice, very thorough and explained everything extremely well to me. He got right in and found the problem super quick. He was even nice enough to not charge me for 1lb of refrigerant (I couldn’t afford), because he wanted to show me the difference it would make on the efficiency of my unit. Definitely will recommend him to everyone I know, and will go back to him in the future if I have anymore problems!!

My A/C had stopped working & Sonny was here within a few hours of my phone call. He found the problem & had my A/C up & running within 30 minutes. Didn't try to sell me any maintenance program like other companies I've dealt with. Just a simple fix for a good price. I'll definitely call again whenever the need arises.

Thankfully, Sonny was able to come to my house the afternoon that I called! (woke up and AC was no longer cooling)
He arrived and was friendly, clearly communicated a good fix for my issue, was upfront with costs. Solid business person who believes in doing the right thing for the customer.
