Mr Sunny came out, found the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner on a Saturday morning so my baby wouldn't get hot this weekend and it's supposed to get into the 80s. I appreciate his communication and explaining everything to me and my husband. Will use him again if anything happens 👍🤝

I am appalled at the service that we have received. Sonny didn't even check the whole A/C system to see where the leakage was and only quoted an expensive new unit. I understand that you are in the business to sell new units, however, if you could identify a good solution that is cost-effective, I wouldn't mind but quoting outrageous prices and charging us wayyy more than others have is just asinine. I thought we could get a good deal because he's a family friend, however, I felt like I gave away money without a temporary solution.

He came on Thursday to put in more refrigerant and not even 48 hours later, we have NO AIR. I called on Saturday to see if he could come by and he couldn't and I would have to wait until Monday...so there goes quality customer service. Of course, there's no FREE visit, so we would have been charged again for extra refrigerant....I wonder if it was even filled properly on the first visit.

Please don't charge me sir, when the refrigerant was not added properly. I understand that refrigerant costs money, but I'm sure it's very little cost to you as a contractor. Hopefully others will have better luck with this company, as this is my last time calling on them.

We had FW Air Conditioning come out to simple do a tune up on our AC. Sonny came out and was extremely professional and passionate the work he does. He even spent some time teaching us a little more about what exactly he does during an AC tune up, and how it can impact our AC unit. Thanks, Sonny! I highly recommend this company! -Rudy

My husband contacted this company to see what was wrong with our AC. Within minutes, a visit was scheduled for the next day. Sonny, the technician, gave us a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away. When he arrived, he was very polite and promptly began assessing the problem. He quickly identified it, offered a solution, and even provided a temporary fix until the part he ordered was available for pick up. The following day, he replaced the broken part as promised. I’m very satisfied with this company; I highly recommend it for the efficient service and overall quality of work.

Air was not cooling. Call sonny and he came out the same day. Sonny gave a small window of service compared to other big chains I called. Due to bigger jobs Sonny was behind on time but called and let me know way in advance. Would recommend for service and professionalism. Cut right to the point and did not try and sell anything that wasn’t needed.

Sonny and his team did an amazing job. They were punctual, quick, and very professional. I highly recommend them. Their price was very competitive compared to other companies I got quotes from.

Ft Worth Air was extremely accommodating with our schedule and other issues we had while trying to get our install scheduled. Sonny was, I felt, quite honest about why things weren't happening when they should have been. Both, Sonny , James and Christian were very thorough on explaining what was wrong with my old unit, what was going on with my new unit as to why things weren't working, when they should have been. Highly recommended.

We decided it was time to get our AC/Furnance replaced. Sonny came out explained to us exactly what we needed. No up selling here. His crew came out installed everything a couple weeks later. His guys were working in below freezing weather. I am impressed with the service from start to finish.

Sonny and his team did a fantastic job! We could not be more impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and quality! Sonny is a true craftsman. We received a few bids to replace our entire system for a few hundred dollars lower than what Sonny quoted us, but ultimately chose this company because of Sonny's knowledge. He took the time to explain to us, not only what the problem was, but how he was going to fix it. From selecting the unit, to the city inspection, to even handling the warranty, Sonny seamlessly took care of the entire process for us. Losing heat during the 'Icepocolypse2013' was a huge frustration, but everything was fixed quickly and painlessly. I also want to "publicly" thank James and Christan (Sonny's team). They worked quietly enough to not disturb my sleeping baby and were some of the most professional people we've had come work on our house. Thanks guys!
