Sonny has the heart of a teacher and it shows. Absolute professional who knows his business inside and out. Got here early, had the parts he needed to get us back up and cooling in ten minutes. Will be calling him as soon as I need a new system but for now am stoked to be cooling down at last. Two thumbs up!

We almost called the big name guys who have all those online specials and television commercials. Don’t do it! Call these guys instead. The owner himself came out to help us and he got here fast. Water was leaking through our ceiling from the HVAC unit upstairs, due to the original installer only hand-tightening the pipe. The original installer also left a LIVE wire hanging which probably could have started a fire. We thought we’d be good using the guys from TV, but that’s what we got. No attention to detail whatsoever. You won’t get that problem with Fort Worth Air. Sonny takes pride in his business, and his work is detailed and thorough. He fixed our leak, checked the unit both upstairs and outside, and even capped that live wire for us. The price was much lower than what the other guys would charge, and the work is just better. They have a forever customer with us.

When your air goes out on a 100+ day it is miserable. I could not get my regular company to come out for 4 days so I started reading reviews. I found some of the best with Fort Worth Air. I called left a message and promptly my call was returned. Sonny was very professional and best of all could be here within a couple of hours. He assessed the problems quickly and quoted a fair price not the cheapest but I did feel the value of having the parts with him and the quick response. I trusted his work and felt he knew what he was doing. I was excited to have my air working well within an hour or so. He also made me feel confident regarding the 14yr old unit itself and showed me different procedures to keep it running for a long time to come. Thanks Sonny I can not say enough how much I appreciate your professionalism, your knowledge and your abiltiy to get the job done quickly. We had issues with a clog at our main line and Sonny arrived within an hour on a Sunday to make the necessary repairs. He was in and out in 30 minutes and the price was very fair. We will definitely call Fort Worth A/C next time we need service!!

Our air had stopped running completely on Friday. The lady who schedules is AMAZING because our tech Sonny was at our house in two hours on a full schedule, and within 2 hours after that we we're up and running for dinner time! I see some of y'all complaining about them being pricier, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. The quality of service and the quick response was well worth it for me. I choose a business base on their rating and these guys have definitely earned theirs. Thanks Y'all, and sorry again about having one of the hottest attics in Texas!

Courteous and professional, Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. was a tremendous help during a stressful time. My unit required a part that had to be special ordered. The repairman was upfront about the amount of time it could take to get it (three days is a long time to be without AC in the Texas heat!) but he went above and beyond to personally pick it up and install it as soon as it was available. I didn’t price them out because they responded to my call the same day. I am confident I paid a fair price for the quality of customer service and professionalism I received.

We have used a Fort Worth Air Conditioning for years. I am always grateful for how responsive they are. Sonny has been doing this for a while and can diagnose issues quickly. Truly a great phone number to have in your address book!

Sonny was extremely professional and punctual. He solved my A/C problem in less than 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Didn't try to sell me anything extra like you hear about with other A/C repair companies. Definitely recommend.

Called Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co about a failing motor in an outdoor condenser unit, and Sonny had the time to make it out on the same day. He was well prepared for the replacement, and offered useful maintenance tips to keep the existing unit running. Nothing beats a service provided with deserved confidence, especially with the incoming Texas heat!

I can’t say enough good things about Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning. Sonny is hard working, honest, and extremely fair priced. And on top of that he is always polite and professional. I can’t say the same for some of the other AC companies we have dealt with in this area. Thank goodness we found Sonny.
