AC went out yesterday. My boyfriend called this morning around 9 and we were going to wait until tomorrow but these kiddos and the heat just wasn’t gonna fly. We called back and Sonnie was more than willing to come over. He showed up and had the unit fixed and our house cooling in less than 2 hours from us calling. He was very nice and even my dog who likes nobody took to Sonnie. Thanks so much for saving our Sunday with lighting speed!

Sonny did an amazing job servicing my older heating system. He responded to my request for service promptly and was able to come out and repair my heating system the next day. I highly recommend Sonny and Fort Worth Air, and will be using them if any other issues arise in the future.

We had called FTW Air about 7 years ago when our heater stopped firing. Sonny came out and cleaned the gas pressure valve and it was an easy and cheap fix. So when our heater stopped working last week, we called Sonny again and he came out the same day, spent a couple hours trying to fix the problem but in the end had to order a part for what he hoped would fix it. He was patient with my questions and calls to confirm the part was coming in and they would be back the same week since the temps were expected to be in the 30s and 40s all weekend. James came out on Friday and spent a couple hours installing the new part and testing the unit to ensure it was working. Unfortunately, it was only part of the fix. After a quick call to Sonny, James ran out to get part for the board that controls the unit and another piece for the unit. He came back that afternoon, replaced the board and another part and the unit was firing back up right away. It was a great feeling to have heat going into a record breaking cold weekend and knowing that Sonny and his team wanted to make it right for us. Sonny has always been honest and straightforward with me and takes the time to explain the issue and the fix. We definitely plan to use Sonny and his team for any issues in the future and I highly recommend him.

I woke up to a hot house on a Sunday morning and knew I had to make an emergency service call. Fort Worth Air Conditioning came right away with no emergency surcharge and Sonny was fantastic. He assessed the issues and conservatively addressed each problem. Their pricing is reasonable and upfront and I appreciated Sonny’s willingness to explain the repair process to me. I will definitely be calling again when HVAC issues strike in the future.

We happen to have a chip clip magnet from Fort Worth Air after a friend used them a while back- so I called when we had heating issues after switching to a nest system. They were so kind and figured out the problem so fast!! Thankfully he had all the parts and honestly the best part was he didn’t make us feel dumb about not knowing how to fix our system- which is always the worst right?! He was so kind and explained everything as he went took our the “problem child” in the furnace and made sure it was working even better than we had before!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sonny was upfront about the price and what the issue was. He didn’t try to exploit the situation to make a few extra bucks. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would recommend him to everyone I know and definitely use his services again.

Sonny was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I placed the call at noon and he was at my house by 2:30. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed replacement part in his truck, and had my house cooling down by 3:30. Fort Worth Air Conditioning will now be the first one I call for my HVAC repairs.

I have used this company for 8 years to service my air conditioners and furnaces. Sonny is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and gets me back up and running at a very reasonable price. I always get same day service when I call with an emergency (like the AC going out in the middle of the Texas summer). I had to replace an evaporator coil because of a corrosion leak, but he filled me up with enough refrigerant to get me by and stay comfortable until the new coil arrived and could be installed. When the new coil was installed, I was not charged for any amount of refrigerant leakage that occurred while waiting on the new coil. I highly recommend using this company for anyone looking for knowledgeable HVAC professionals, fair pricing, and great customer service.

Sonny is very knowledgeable about repairing air conditioners. He was prompt, friendly and professional throughout his service call. Fixed my problem quickly and actually made my air conditioner work even better than before it had problems. Reasonably priced and explained fully what the charges would be before doing the work.
