The service I received today on my a/c unit was unbelievable. My wife and I noticed the house was warming up much higher than our thermostat said and we made the call to Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. Sonny fit us into his already busy schedule and provided one of the quickest diagnostics I have ever witnessed. I was so impressed by the caliber of work he did that I am now going to call him for any future a/c situations. I recommend everyone do the same!

We had a weird circumstance where we were out of town for an extended time and our HVAC unit quit working during a massive heat spell. Access to the house had to be coordinated and the bill had to be paid remotely. None of that was an issue for Sonny, who was able to get out and repair the problem super quickly and for a completely reasonable amount.

This is our first time using Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. The experience was so positive that they will be our go-to HVAC professional from here on out.

I cannot say enough about Fort Worth Air. We have a rental property in the area that needed a replacement unit. When the tenant moved in, they noticed the house was warm, and when they checked to see if the A/C was working out back, the saw that it was GONE. Someone stole it prior to move in, and it was hot out. I called Sonny and he responded immediately, check led around to see if he could find a unit and kept me updated every single step of the way. I called him on a Friday and the tenants had a new unit on Saturday!! Because we aren’t local, he sent me pictures of the work every step of the way and made this process much easier thank I expected. Thank you Sonny and Fort Worth air. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sonny was a lifesaver. Summer hit and our AC quit. When other companies said they could see us four days later, Sonny said he’d be there on the same day we called by Noon — not to mention that same day was a Saturday! Sonny was honest, efficient and financially fair. While we are still talking to Sonny about installing a new unit, in less than 2 hours he had our existing unit back up and cooling. I appreciated that Sonny took the time to explain everything that was done and why. Very impressed!

On Thursday we noticed our AC was not cooling properly. I tried calling another service company that we have used in the past and after 4 calls and leaving two messages, I could not get anyone on the phone or even get a call back. So I checked online and found Fort Worth Air Conditioning and I saw they had a bunch of good reviews, and a lot of them recent. I called them on Friday afternoon and the owner Sonny answered the phone. He was on his way to a service call and told me he could not get to me until the next day after 4 PM. He told me how much it would cost to come out and check my system and I told him to schedule me in. The next day I was very impressed that he called me while he was on the service call prior to mine so that he could keep me updated on what time to expect him. He showed up at the expected time and I explained what was happening with my AC. He connected his gauge to the outdoor unit and I asked him what he was checking and what readings he expected to see on his gauge. Sonny was patient and friendly and didn’t mind my questions. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he expected to see on his gauge in a good system. I really appreciated that he communicated all this to me. Based on his gauge readings I needed a little bit of refrigerant. In addition to that, we also had a problem with one of the heater coils turning on in the HVAC unit at the same time the AC was running which Sonny found while checking the unit in the attic. I’m familiar with electrical work and using gauges and I could see everything he was doing and I could also see the readings on his gauge while he checked the wiring on the HVAC unit in the attic. The gauge showed one of the heater coils was drawing current when it should not have been running at all. I would never have thought of checking there and he impressed me with how fast he found that problem on the heating side that was affecting the cooling. Sonny was great and he gave me some tips on what I could do to my HVAC system myself to save money. The AC is cooling great now and I will definitely call Sonny again in the future. So glad I found Fort Worth Air Conditioning and I will recommend them to friends and family.

A/C went out on Labor Day weekend (of course!) and the system wasn’t even 2 years old. After calling two other service providers (and not getting called back). I called Fort Worth Air and Sonny picked up immediately and was able to be on site within 1.5 hrs. I of course had to pay the weekend/holiday call out fee, but that’s understandable. Sonny diagnosed and had my AC up and running in about 10 minutes! Professional and timely, would definitely recommend!

Sonny was responsive and knew his business. As I expected and without my prompting, he suggested yearly maintenance to prevent the catastrophic cost of repair and/or living in Texas without air conditioning. Good maintenance is preferable over repair or heat.

I woke up with no AC in July in TX. I called a few of the big name companies and was being told 3 weeks for a service call. A work colleague recommended I call and was glad I did. Sonny answered the call and told me he could be out same day. He was right up front with me on the diagnosis of my issue and what I needed. He promptly checked the manufacturer for supply and was able to get me scheduled for a next day install. To make the experience even more remarkable, the installer actually called me and told me he would have the unit picked up and installed same day! This saved me a few days with no AC. Sonny was able to schedule me in for a same day appointment which was great because my house was getting too hot for my pets. He fixed my AC with in 20 minutes! He was upfront with the cost of the repair and parts before he did any work and overall he did a great job and i will definitely hire him again in the future.

Sonny was very professional and nice. He was here within 2 hours after I contacted him. He kept me informed of his findings with the A/C repair. Reasonably priced. If we have any more air/heating issues. He will be the one I call
