Went on ANGI and asked for help and they were the first to respond. Super fast excellent service. Came out on a blistering hot day to fix my A/C. Dog friendly repairman Josh. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an "old time", "small town" experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, "wholesome", "warm", and "trustworthy" come to mind.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

The most important thing I have to say is that this company is very honest. The job was under bid but they kept the same price. There's not too many companies out there that are this honest. They did a great job and I will use them again and tell all my friends.

They scheduled us the day we called, then found they could get there earlier. Brian was courteous, assessed the problem, & saved us a lot of money by repairing the unit rather than replacing the whole thing! Thank you Russell Plumbing!!!!
