Dub's Heating and Air Inc

I received a recommendation from family. JW promptly returned my call and scheduled an inspection of my unit. He took time to explain the issue and was patient with all of my question. He returned today and all work has been completed prior. If you are in need of heating and air services, I also will now recommend Dud’s Heating and Air!

My AC unit froze up and was not working properly. I called two other companies who were unable to help me. One of them recommended Dub’s and JW was able to fit me in between two other customers. He communicated when he was on his way, arrived early, and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on why the unit wasn’t working properly, and gave me information on potentially replacing my unit without any sales pressure or trying to upsell me on something I didn’t want or need. The bill was less than what I expected based on service I had done last year with a bigger company. I highly recommend Dub’s.

Our upstairs AC unit went out at the beginning of the summer and JW was able to come out the following day to help us! He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us with our problem. He was prompt and polite as well! We will need to eventually replace the same unit he repaired and we will definitely have him do this for us ! So glad we found him!

I was nervous about the cost and issue at hand, and JW is as professional, experienced and knowledgeable as they come. He fixed the issues quickly and also gave me tips I was unaware of to help keep the system running smoothly. I recommend him highly, if you’re a bit nervous that the AC company might try to be dishonest or bill you more than you should be then you can feel comfortable that there is zero concern of that with JW. You should absolutely use him as I will for the remainder of my life if I have any issues. I guarantee you will be pleased with the service. As good as it gets with this company, truly.

Great service. My inside unit was cycling on/off continually. They came out quickly and worked me in their schedule and were a company that's really looking out for the consumer. I had another company come out and they pushed a new unit and made up several issues with the air handler. JW fixed my unit and it was a small and easy fix. I have several rental units that I'll call him for going forward. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to on this one due to the integrity of this man.

Honest, knowledgeable & overall excellent service at a fair price. Dub’s fixed the fan motor in the outside unit of our heat pump that a larger local company had “fixed” just a year earlier using a cheep Chinese motor at an inflated price. Dub’s came out, replaced the motor with an OEM one and and topped of the refrigerant for less than the other company had charged. I also called to have him come out and look at another unit that wasn’t blowing air. He talked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone that helped me get it working again which avoided the service call.

Timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Takes time to listen to the problem and inspect the system well. He found a problem that Milestone Electric had completely missed a few days earlier. Strongly recommend going with Dub's for all HVAC needs.

A wonderful experience! I was referred by 2 people close to me that had used them. I was not disappointed and will definitely use if needed again!

I won't have any one else work on my AC. JW never tries to sell me something that I don't need, but he told me exactly what problems I'm likely to encounter in the future based on his diagnosis of my system.
