JW has provided exceptional and professional service to us for our AC needs. He is super responsive and got our AC issue fixed and going in a short time. We will recommend Dub’s to all of our family and friends!

Set up an appointment online, they never showed up. Called and let a voicemail and never heard back from them. If there were negative stars I'd give them a negative.
After being informed that the number I left was wrong, I contacted Dub's a second time. Immediately they responded and it was after hours. I'll retract my earlier review. I know what it is like to run your own business and mistakes are bound to happen. I also appreciate the fact that they responded after hours.

If I could give more than 5 star, I absolutely would. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about JW and his team. We had gotten taken advantage of so many times with previous companies, so it was refreshing to find a very genuine, honest company. Best HANDS DOWN SERVICE YOU COULD GET!! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and easy to contact. Great, great service.

JW is the best. He is always on time, accurate with his work and very helpful with advise. We have used his service for several years and are always please with the performance of our equipment. Highly recommended.

JW (owner) is always prompt and gives you options. Another company informed us that we needed to spend $5000 on a new unit and he fixed it for $90! And that was over 5 years ago!! Same with my grandma, she was told she needed a new unit but JW came and fixed it doe under $100. Very trustworthy. I know when we are ready for a new unit, he will be truthful and we will definitely use him for the install! Today he came and did a full AC check and maintenance and kept us informed of possible issues but didn’t try to replace or fix anything that didn’t need it. Thank you!!

I went out to eat on Sunday afternoon. When I returned home, my new
AC was making a terrible racket. I called Dub and he came out right away. Turned out to be a minor fix of a loose part. I was impressed that he came out on a Sunday afternoon - I was prepared to shut the unit off and wait until he came on a weekday, but thankfully it wasn't necessary! He had installed the new AC/Heating System for a reasonable price, and continues to check the system twice a year, also at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with his services, and I can highly recommend Dub's services.

Every time I have used him, he has done great work and is trustworthy. He doesn’t sell you something just to make an extra buck. Instead he will let you know your options including the most economical. It’s easy to get appointments, which I hope that doesn’t change when more and more people find out about him. I also really appreciate the online scheduling and invoice system that he has setup.

JW was so incredibly helpful and patient explaining the problem I was having with my AC. Scheduling was a breeze! He did great work and his prices were beyond reasonable. I’ll be a life long customer!
