Anthony Anthony Anthony is all I can say he was so amazing and worked extremely fast to fix our AC please give this man a raise ! He was the sweetest most patient person we’ve came across in our office !

Best service! They have a customer for life! Anthony and Alex showed up, on time, both very polite and professional. Our fan constantly running turned out to be a setting issue with our new thermostat. Anthony walked me through the settings. I felt super dumb but, he was very patient and reassured me this happens all the time.
Before the team left, they checked the inside and outside units. The outside was super filthy to the point it would impact the efficiency, so they cleaned it. With Texas experiencing 100 degree weather, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, the professionalism and that they took the time to check and make sure our AC would be dependable through this heat.

Just stopped in trying to ask a simple question bald head guy came out and before I could ask me a question rudely cut me off telling me he wasn't interest3d when I wasn't selling anything
Rude people here don't do business with them or u will be treated the same way I'm a military veteran and a former law enforcement for the military and I have never been so disrespected by someone in my life 😤 good way to get new customers by the way I was interested in a new ac but not from yall that's what u get for cutting someone off and assuming

Anthony came out to fix our freezer on a couple different occasions and has very polite and very informative and has gotten it fixed

This company has been the best I’ve ever worked with. They always try their best to get us in as soo as possible, even during busy summer seasons. David is really skilled at figuring out the problems and fixing them in a pinch. Anthony has the best customer service and asks what’s been going on in between routine maintenance. Cannot say enough how friendly and caring this company is! Definitely top of the list!!

This company came and gave an estimate of replacing the a/c unit. We ended up going with a company that gave the best deal - which was not this company. Many months later when we needed work for something else, we find out that we were put on a "do not service" list because we did not go with them for the a/c replacement. And yes, service call was paid at time of service, so money/bad debt was not the issue.

Wes and the staff at Williamson’s AC did an amazing job in replacing my HVAC system. They are timely, the pricing is competitive, but overall the service is top notch. Don’t waste your time with the commercials you see on TV but support this local business who takes pride in their products and service.
