They showed up at 5:15pm for a noon to 4pm slot. The supervisor sat outside and never came in. Obviously focused on going home instead of looking at my A/C. left the BOTH the upstairs and downstairs units off when they left. This is the second appointment in a row like this. Dropping Calverly!

Carlos Jimenez was professional and fixed my plumbing issue efficiently and with what appeared great ease. Definitely use their services again

Carlos & George did a great job re-plumbing our 2 year old tankless water heater, which wasn’t installed properly by the manufacturer’s approved vendor, so it could be descaled.

Moises, Jerry G. & Daniel showed on on 12/24/22 and did a great job installing my new ac/heating unit with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for your professionalism, great work integrity & kindness.

It has been one shady thing after the other. Where do I even start?
1. I purchased a new air conditioning unit in May 2022, and as much as I am glad they offer financing, I was promised 2 rebates 6-8 weeks later. Instead, I receive a random check in the mail January 2023. No letter, no reason why.
2. I didn't receive any sort of account information until months later and by then my account was past due. Again, no letter, no explanation. Nothing. But obviously it was ok for them to start reporting it to the credit bureaus, huh?
3. I was also told I would receive calls for them to change out my air filter, which is supposed to be included. Again, nothing. No follow up calls, no appointment calls, nothing.
4. When it was installed, they did not confirm which power would be turned off and literally ruined a freezer full of food.
Good luck if you use this company.

I called Calverly to service my father's furnace 12/23/22. The appointment was set, the tech was on time, professional, quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. I worked for Calverly in 1989 and have used them since. Tim was the service tech and did not disappoint. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing preventive maintenance, break/fix, etc.

Bryan was very efficient in diagnosing and replacing my air conditioner’s blower quickly. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try selling me something I didn’t need.

Great company and great service. Appreciate all of their top notch technicians from our installation of HVAC system and hot water heater. Thanks to Johnny Sharpe, Jacob Morgan, T.J., Jerry, and Moises. Professional and respectable every step of install.

Thanks to Trelyn Jake for showing up at my house to do our six-month HVAC maintenance. Even though he was 20 minutes past the appointment, he did call in advance to let us know of the delay, and the entire service too less than an hour. Good job!
