Carlos J came to help us replace some pipes and locate the water shutoff. He was professional, friendly, and on time. He also went above and beyond and saw we were going to be replacing the faucets so he took the others off since he was down there already. Very pleased.

Two techs came to do AC check and introduced which company they're from but not their personal name; novisible ID's worn so I had to asked for them and they seemed surprised; I always ID contract people. Did thorough job, gave me thorough explanations with offers of the company other services. Took them a good while to do their evaluation(s). Both were pleasant and professional. Not the cheapest yet not the most expensive rates.

The technician (Bryan)and the comfort advisor (Michelle) did a very thorough and comprehensive job inspecting and servicing our a/c systems. They are very service oriented, and take great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them and Calverly Service Experts.

Henry A*K*A Benji showed up to the house on time and He respectfully put on the boot covers. Next he explained everything carefully to me and was about his business. Very knowledgeable and went into grave detail on the equipment he worked on.

Inspection by Carlos Jimenez, a tech I understand has been with Calverley a number of years. He called ahead, arrive as scheduled and conducted himself in a professional manner. Pressurec issues were identified. A followup regarding potential solution is expected.

Bryan and Collin were wonderful. Ran diagnostics and got great results. Most importantly they paid attention to my 2dogs. They spoke to them and put them at ease. Yes, the service to my heating unit is important, but the attention to my dogs is just as important. They made me feel like friends in stead of just a couple of workman checking the job and leaving. 2/9/2023 T. J. And Jerry G. Arrived early to replace my ac/heat pump system. They got started and completed the removal and then started to the install. They kept me informed as to their progress and any issues and completed the installation and cleanup late afternoon. They then gave me the system paperwork and trained me on the operation of the new system. They were courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them on the job.
