The work was organized and carried out perfectly. The project was to install a mini-split ductless cooling system by Samsung that can also be used for heating. I was informed of the starting date and the duration of the project, and these dates were kept precisely as promised. The cost was precisely as estimated, and the whole system works like clockwork. The installers were efficient, polite, well informed, and came and went on time. I highly recommend this team and this company.

We called because the water heater was leaking and we wanted to find out if it needed to be replaced. We have two and they also checked the tankless water heater and talked about the flow of hot water. We found out the water heater that was leaking was not being used and the tankless was working well! They recommended flushing the water heater not in use and they turned it off.

Great experience. Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling came out to install our Ecobee3 smart thermostat, perform maintenance service on our furnace, and give us advice on a wall furnace. David was on time, super friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us tips on a number of concerns, walked us through every detail of our new heating and humidifier and helped us with getting the Ecobee3 set up. We will definitely be using them again!

I had an unfamiliar smell coming from my furnace room, and not only did he help with ensuring that there were no gas leaks with the furnace when servicing, but went above and beyond by good insights on possible causes.
