AirXperts Heating and Air Conditioning

My upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air around 4pm on a Friday. I was sure no one would be available to come out the same day, but called Austin with AirExperts and they were very friendly and able to come out just a few hours later. They were able to diagnose the issue and replace the part all in about 20 minutes (I was lucky it wasn't anything too critical), and all for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and will call them for any future needs.

Austin was able to get to me quickly and didn’t try to oversell or talk me into anything. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the work he does. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Cannot say enough about this business. Our AC sprung a leak the first night we moved into our house. Resigned to having to turn the AC off overnight and sweat it out until the next morning; I started calling people not really expecting anything. My 7th or so call and I called Air Xperts and got Austin on the phone. He was so helpful and called his tech go see if they could fit one more stop in. Michael was able to come by. It was 1015pn (!!!) and he repaired a leaking pipe so that we could stop the damage to our drywall. They were so helpful and responsive. We will use them again. Highly recommend. A+++ 12/10!

Austin and his team are awesome. I have been having problems with my a/c unit for the last three years. I have called several companies, even the ones on t.v. but no one could seem to figure out what was wrong with my system. That’s is when I called Austin and he had my a/c running in no time. He put in the hard work on calling around and getting all of my parts needed for my unit. When other companies said it would take weeks , he had it installed immediately. So much good things to say about Austin and his team but I will leave it with this, look no where else”, Austin will definitely get the job done with no hassles. My air conditioning went out on Friday. I called Air Xperts based on the reviews I read. Austin (owner) and Randall were at my house about 1 1/2 hours after my call. When they got here, the AC was frozen up. They needed to let it defrost, so they went to the next job and then came back a couple of hours later. Austin checked the AC unit and checked the flow in the attic as well. Ended up just needing coolant. Austin explained every step of the way and let me know cost upfront before doing anything. It was reasonably priced. He took time to explain how it worked and why I needed the coolant. He was very personable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Austin and Air Xperts! I will definitely use them again for AC maintenance and any future issues with heating and air. Thank you Austin, for your integrity and service.

5 stars all the way. I called Austin to service my AC and within two hours he was at my front door. I was on shift with my brother in law at the house watching my 1 year old son. He called to inform me about my air conditioner while I was being toned out on a call, informed me of what was needed quickly and let me go. I called him back when I was done to not only find out he took care of my house, but on top of that gave me a discount for being a first responder. Definitely not expected but much appreciated. Honesty is hard to find and when you find a company with impecable customer service, that is informative, honest and not try to up sale you just to pad there pockets is a huge plus. Austin you have won my vote and recommendation to anyone I know to use your company. The world could use a few more people like you to serve our communities. Austin is always there for me when I need him. After my first experience with him, he gave me his cell phone number so I would always have direct contact. He works closely with my property management company to ensure exceptional service. The team has always been able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve the issues just as fast. I called trying to find someone to come fix my sister's heater, I called a couple of companies and got their answering service or recordings to leave my name and number and they would call me back, really? Who does business like that? When I called Air Xperts, a real person answered and told me they could have someone out in a couple of hours! They called prior to arrival so I could get the dogs out up. The tech that came out first was very courteous and honest about our 1985 unit. They were able to get the parts and get us back up and running. Great company, great people.
