Moises and Zach showed up early in the morning, and worked tirelessly to get our new system installed. We replaced an aging Rheem Classic XII blower and Tappan in-cabinet stack with entirely new units, a multistage system with a new smart thermostat. They were well-organized and stuck around to explain the work and the new thermostat controller as well. So far the experience has been a good one, and definitely welcome after our old system went out on a 100 degree day.

Bryan and Tara did a thorough job cleaning and checking my air units. It was nice to see they took the extra time to explain things to me so I could fully understand what they were doing. Bryan also told me that one of my coils was on backwards which no other technician has done before.

Carlos was awesome! Was early, professional, and figured out the problem fast. Thankful so they’re definitely my new go to company.

TJ, Jerry, Miguel and Moises all arrived at our home for an installation of new ac and heat pump and water heater. Very polite and professional and timely in their work. Explained in detail any questions we had. I would recommend this company and these service technicians to everyone! Also yesterday we had Courtney and Tim come out on the initial call and they were very courteous and professional and explained every scenario we had before making the decision to install new equipment. TJ and Daniel were very professional and courteous while installing our new unit. They laid down canvas tarps in the walkway and on the stairs as to protect our flooring and carpet. TJ was very patient as he instructed us on how to operate our new thermostat and explain how to use the app from our phone as well. They left no trash from the old unit and the packaging from the new. I recommend this company if you find yourself in need of central air work.

Very prompt, professional and informative. Had pipe bust during winter freeze. Jim and Crew showed up, showed me the damaged pipe, repaired and works great. Highly recommend.

Brian and D came out to service the system after the recent ice storm. We had heard more noise than usual so we wanted it checked out. Fortunately nothing was wrong. Brian was able to talk me through different settings that could help during future cold snaps/icing events.
They were here promptly at the time they said they would be and we professional the entire time.

Extremely dissatisfied with my relationship with Calverley so far. Service technicians not showing up on time for multiple service appointments. Technicians ignoring protocol and showing-up unprepared (Last technician that serviced my unit admitted that the 4in air-filter hadn't been replaced for 12 months, and then proceeded to tell me that he did not have a filter in his service truck and would have to come 3 days later to replace it. I have a 9-month-old daughter that has been breathing poorly filtered air for months now!) Had a brand-new unit installed by Calverley in 2019 with a variety of defects. I even contacted a separate company that came to my house and identified all the flaws in the system. And while I'm sure they exaggerated some issues to get my business, they definitely made logical points on certain issues. Poorly trained technicians and terrible customer service. I find there has been little to no value for me in my relationship with Calverley. I would highly recommend using a different company for your HVAC needs.
