Carlos was a pleasure to work with today during my annual water heater flush. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave several tips on how to keep my system running at peek performance.

Tim Gray and Yolanda were very helpful and informative. They explained everything about our system and answered all of our questions. Tim was very professional and efficient in completing the job. I would highly recommend them.

We decided to replace our water heater (after 26 years!). Johnny Sharpe could not have been more helpful and professional in selecting and installing the right one. We really like Calverleys!

Tim did a great job and went above and beyond. What started out as a routine bi-annual checkup, Tim brought to my attention certain parts that were starting to were down naturally, explained in clear terms what was happening and what my options were, and then ranked them from “you really need to do this” to “you need to do this at some point and here’s what will happen” to “these will improve the overall performance of your units but are optional.” Excellent work and customer service all around!

In another service call after hours, Marcus arrived at the time promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us cool again in a very short time.

I want to commend Calverley Service Experts for the great service technicians they have. Yesterday, Marcus called me 45 minutes prior to his arrival to give me the heads up that he was enroute to my home. When he arrived, he immediately recognized me as he had been here before when I was having a problem with my thermostat. Marcus asked follow up questions regarding his last visit. While checking my heating unit, he also looked at my entire system and found the UV light was out and needed to be replaced. Although Marcus did not have the light on hand, he quickly set up a follow up appointment for today and returned to replace the light. I appreciated Marcus professionalism and attention to detail. I also appreciate Calverley for sending a technician that was already familiar with my units history. This really adds to their level of great customer service.

Tim was my service man. He was extremely professional and seemed knowledgeable as to what needs to be done to my air conditioner.

Manny and George were very pleasant and professional. They effectively located the problem and then fixed it. They kept us informed of all procedures.

T.J., Zack, Daniel, Moises, and Chris recently installed two air conditioning units in my house and their work was exceptional. They were efficient and kept my carpets clean as they went in and out of my home. I will definitely use them again.
