Courtney and Tim were great and very professional when explaining my options. My AC system was 20 years and hanging by a thread. Jerry and his crew got the installation done in less than a day. My house already feels better. Looking forward to having the scheduled maintenance and tune ups that are included.

TXU offered a free A/C tuneup and connected us with Calverley. Conrado and Michelle arrived as scheduled (with a 30 minute heads up), evaluated, and cleaned up the unit. The outside unit was embarrassingly neglected and filled with live oak leaves, dirt, and debris. They also provided a fairly comprehensive “Home Health Report Card”, complete with pictures of their instruments measuring varied components on our unit. They then shared their recommendations. We are undecided as to follow the recommendations at this juncture, but feel better informed about the health of our unit. Given we paid nothing, the cleaning and information is very good value. Based on the professionalism of the tech and rep, Conrado and Michelle, and the report, we will seriously consider using their service.

I was immediately impressed when the techs showed up for the service call. They were wearing protective covers over their shoes so they wouldn't track dirt into my home. They introduced themselves and were ready to get started. C.W. and Conrado quickly determined the problem and explained what was needed to get my AC unit working again. They completed the repair and Conrado even went into the attic to make sure there were no other issues with the unit and to make sure it was working properly. I've used this company and their ac service plan for a long time. It's nice when you are at the front of the line when things stop working in extreme weather. Even had a guy out here at midnight one time. Today, Tim came out and was very thorough doing a system checkup and he was very knowledgeable and explained things well to someone who doesn't know much in that area and I appreciate that. Hope to see him again.

Bryan came out on his call after 3 previous technicians failed to fix the fan motor and blower on my ac unit. He did a great job making sure my unit was in great running condition before he left. Appreciate blue collar guys like that.

Both Carlos & Hunter, the service Technicians are very professional and polite when they both came to give us the service on the water heater tank in the attic. I am strongly recommended both of those service gentlement to everyone.

Johnny was awesome! He showed up fast, rootered our line that was blocked, cleaned up, even talked to us about gaming, and did a safety inspection! He was great!

Tim and Natasha found the problem very quickly with the system, fixed it and checked all the other parts of the system as well. They gave a detailed report or what the problem was and what future problems might occur. Tim has serviced this house several times and always fixes and finds the right problem swiftly.
