Robby did a thorough job of investigating the issues and inspecting the entire system. He provided good explanations of the causes of the problems, answered my questions, and offered a breakdown of the repairs. He also identified other needs but explained how urgent each may be so we could plan for future expenses. Robby was courteous and professional.

We had a 9am appointment for tune-ups on both of our A/C systems. Our technician, Rafael Santillan arrived a few minutes before 9am which was great. He introduced himself, put on his shoe booties and went to work. He was professional, courteous and obviously knew HVAC. He discovered we were low on freon in one of our units and we OK'ed his adding it. He spent time looking for a leak, but it apparently is so small it is not obvious at this time. Our units are almost 5 years old and this is the first time freon had to be added since we had large leak issues as we were buying the house from the builder. Rafael told us to see if that part of the house felt warmer, muggy etc and if so to call so they can look further for the leak. We had a Valpac coupon and Rafael made sure he charged us the correct amount, using our coupon for the tune-up and freon charge. We will make sure to call 1st Choice Air for any future service we need.

Michael was great! He showed up right on time, did a great job explaining what he did and what he recommended for next steps, and was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!
