What a great company to work with, my neighbor recommended we use them when our system stopped blowing cold air. Rafael came out first thing in the morning and got straight to work. He found the problem failry quickly (see photo), wild stuff. He made his recommendations and then i approved the work! Attention to detail was great with shoe coverings, and took photos of needed to be addressed in the future.

Incredible experience! Robby Dollar is fantastic! We received service within 45 minutes of our call. A full accessment was performed and we were informed of all the issues, shown pictures of them, educated on our system setup, and offered both reactive and proactive solutions. The best possible scenario for service! We selected the membership plan on top of our service as well as the proactive solutions offered, which will save us a lot of money in the long run. We are definitely looking forward to our membership benefits and excited we finally found a great A/C company!

Our AC stopped working and lucky for us they sent Robby Dollar our way. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Initially he had to order a part for us, he didn’t think it would arrive until Saturday, meaning we wouldn’t have AC until Monday. He went above and beyond by calling in if the part had happened to come in early and it did! He called us immediately and came over to fix it. He work a little after hours but he did it with a smile. Thank you for hiring such great team members.

Overall I had a great experience. I called later in the afternoon expecting to get an appointment within the next 1-2 days, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Rafael was my technician and he did an awesome job when he arrived. After doing his diagnostics check I informed him that the problem could be due to a configuration change on the thermostat, and with that information he was able to quickly fix the air, and he also identified other items that needed to be addressed. He wasn’t pushy or trying to be a salesman but gave me all the information so I could make an informed decision. Definitely much appreciated.

Patrick and 1st Choice were great to work with from the start. Sent a message late at night after our AC unit wasn’t working. Called first thing in the morning and had some out out by 830 am the next day!
No crazy prices or wild up sells. Straight to the point, courteous, professional and and friendly. Patrick went above and beyond and even fixed an issue we had in our sons room regarding a duct issue. We joined their monthly membership that includes bi-annual service/tuneup and will be using them for any other HVAC issues we may have.

I recently had an A/C tuneup done by Robby Dollar with 1st Choice Air, LLC and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Robby was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Abiel diagnosed our damper problem, identified some other issues, completed the repairs promptly and professionally. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our first experience with 1st Choice Air Solutions was a grand slam! We signed up for annual maintenance because we are so pleased with the customer service. Hard to find these days!

Rafael was fast, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He advised that it wasn't necessary to clean my air ducts yet, as they were clean and dust free whereas another service advised me to get them cleaned. He even showed me photos and what to look for. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty.
