Mike and His team are great to work with. They came to my home about 15 minutes after calling and requesting a technician to make a diagnosis. They made the diagnosis and fixed what they could on the first day and the next morning they showed up and went right to work to complete the repair. Everyone was professional and very organized. Dave Peckinpaugh recently joined my networking group. Several months ago, he handled a warranty repair on my exterior unit, and updated my thermostats to Ecobee, giving us more control over our usage. He handled these quickly and timely, and during the most recent heatwave, our house began heating up on a Sunday. I sent him a text to put us on the list for Monday, but being the guy Dave is, he popped over to my house. He rang my bell about 45 minutes after me texting him, and didn't say, "I'm here to check it out" but "Here's the old capacitor, I've already replaced it, you should be cooling down soon..."

Michael has always been the most professional, helpful, kind person when I have had to deal with him with air-conditioner problems in my rental home. He is more than willing to do the harder jobs in order to help people. He really cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way to help people. If more people ran their businesses the way that Michael does, the world would be a much better place.

Had issue with our HVAC blower not coming on. Mike came out and correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to get a replacement part the next day. He also was able to get the blower to come on and we kept it on overnight, so we wouldn't freeze!
