Let me just say thank you Randy Thurman for getting my AC running again! Texas summers are no joke and when I schedule my appointment he got to my home on time, took his time to check everything on my AC. He was very thorough, friendly, respectful, funny and explain everything and answered any questions or concerns I had. He had made sure to have my AC working and running! I am so happy to finally found someone who is not suggesting to water my unit like if it’s a plan hahah but actual find the issue and fix it. Thank you Randy your the best 😊

Randy Thurman was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide great service, but he informed us on how to properly maintain to extend the life of the AC system. Highly recommend to have Randy come out and look at your system to improve air quality and make sure your system is operating at peak performance through the summer heat. Mr. Randy Thurman was assigned by the home warranty co for my central a/c problems. He called immediately once the claim went through and was able to schedule me for the next morning. He was early for his appointment and completed everything in a timely manner. He's knowledgeable and informative, providing explanations and education along the way. He was able to find the source of the problem and correct it without any extraneous charges/bill. He was great to work with.

Randy was very professional and showed up when he said he would. He went above and beyond by explaining in detail some things I did not know about my system. I highly recommend him. I'm very satisfied with the work that he did.

Waking up to water on the floor wasn't fun, having Randy come over and chase down the problem was a joy. Professional and punctual. I was told by my home warranty that Tekhne would have up to 48 hours to respond to my call. This was the week of 100+ degree weather daily, a delay could not occur!

Within two hours of getting my request Randy was at my door, and that was with a 45 minute drive time!

He explained every issue he was running down, or what his next steps were without making me feel clueless. With his professionalism and humor he definitely won me over. Came for a crisis but will return for the routine!

Randy was amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. My wife and I called in on our home warranty to have someone come out. They did but when checked the unit to find out the problem said they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t part of our warranty. Randy came out and was able to fix the problem in minutes! I definitely will be using their company from here on out and would recommend him to any and everyone! They are amazing! Thanks again!
