Rafael is an excellent AC tech, he found the problem very fast. Then he was able to explain the cause, and the repair was easy. He came after normal business hours, even topped us off with coolant.

We have used 1st Choice since we bought our house a year ago, switching from another large name competitor. Each time we have had Patrick and we LOVE him! Patrick is always prompt and gives it to us straight - so much so that we never feel like we are being conned into parts or repairs we do not need. During today’s repair, he made a new friend in our recent rescue, Birdie, who was super sad when he left. Knowing that Birdie trusted him to let him in the house lets us know we have chosen the right company, and right tech in Patrick, to service our home. See you in the fall, Patrick!

Patrick and Brandon were the technicians sent to diagnose my non cooling HVAC system today and both were very pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful when answering my questions. 🙂.

Arthur and Antonio installed my inside unit and performed duct cleaning. These two and their supervisor are very hard working pleasant and professional individuals They made sure to explain what was being done and made sure to follow up if I had questions. This company has some very good employees . They all did an awesome job 👍. Thank you so much I definitely chose the right company. So I highly recommend 1st Choice and will use for future maintenance or repair

Patrick did a great job. He was very thorough and wasn't pushy with repair suggestions. I requested Patrick on future service calls.

Patrick was our service tech and did an awesome job. He was courteous and professional throughout his time. He explained his findings and advised what we should do to correct the problem. We like that he has serviced our system before and hope he is available to return on future calls since he is familiar with our home and hvacs.

Robby Dollar did an Amazing Job for Smoothie King at TCU!! He was very professional and made sure we knew every issue. He included pictures and did a stellar job getting us cool!!

A bit pricey but the tech (Robert) did excellent work, clearly explained why he was doing, and totally justified the somewhat higher cost than other professionals in the immediate area. Office staff communicated well. Overall I’m totally satisfied with the work done.

Brandon did a superior job today during the routine maintenance of my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, and kept me well informed of exactly what he was doing and the items he found that needed to be addressed. I will be recommending that Brandon become my regular technician for scheduled maintenance.

From the very beginning, 1st choice air solutions was very kind and patient as we needed a whole new AC system and had been without air in the texas summer. They came out the same night and gave us all of our options, talked it over with us and ultimately had a new AC put in right away. Brandon just did our routine check up and was extremely professional, assuring, and efficient. He listened to a concern that we have had and mentioned in a few previous routine check ups, and went out of his way to double check every thing and get to the root of the problem. He was able to make an adjustment that should solve our concern and he was happy to do so! We appreciate him so much and 1st choice air solutions is blessed to have such a kind hard worker who truly cares about take care of the customers!
