Augie responded to my inquiry within minutes after hours and serviced my unit first thing in the morning. He answered any questions I had and is very knowledgeable. My biggest fear with HVAC services is being ripped off but he put my mind and pockets at ease. Thank you so much. I highly recommend !

Augie diagnosed and fixed my AC unit quickly, and for less money than I expected. He didn't try to upsell me on products or services I didn't need; just zeroed in on the defective switch and had me up and running in no time.

Our AC went out yesterday, and FIX MY AIR DFW was out promptly at 08:00 this morning. Augie was very professional, and he had the problem identified and repaired in less that 45 minutes. Auggie and his staff efficiently installed a new HVAC system upstairs and downstairs last year and have recently done maintenance on both systems. I recommend this company both for its efficiency but also for the courteous service and the ability to meet the needs of individual homeowners. They are the best!

Agustin was professional, and overall a quality guy. He went above and beyond to give us the best service possible! Everything was explained thoroughly and he had our best interest in mind. The installation crew took pride in thier work. I had a new system installed with new duct work. When I went in the attic, it did not look like my old attic. Fix My Air went beyond what other companies would have done.

We needed to have two full HVAC units installed to replace our 30 year old units. Mr Espinoza (owner) came himself and thoroughly looked at my systems and household needs, then took the time to explain all of my options. We had a good conversation about modern HVAC units including the pros and cons of the different types of units being installed in homes today. Needless to say, I had a very good understanding of what I was purchasing. Less than a week later He and his guys showed up, on time with the new equipment. They were quick, courteous and professional throughout the entire install. When they were done I checked out the install myself and it looked top notch. As an aircraft mechanic I'm used to things being done to a certain level of care and quality and these guys did a great job. Several days after the install we encountered a problem. The problem was caused by an improperly installed drain line and it caused water to leak onto my ceiling. Let me be clear, Fix my Air DFW did not install anything incorrectly, this was done when the house was built 30 years ago. Mr Espinoza however stood by his work and customer service policy and had the leak fixed and sheetrock repaired in a very timely fashion. Lets face it, HVAC units are expensive, everything about them is expensive no matter who you go with. I do believe Mr Espinoza gave me a good deal, but where he really shines is with his quality of work and customer service. Thank you Fix my Air DFW.

Augie came out and check all 4 units, explained in detail the issues we are having. Got us up and running, very honest and explains everything in detail. I will defiantly use him again.

This company is top notch and I was amazed at how fast he arrived after hours. He found the problem right away and fixed it in a matter of 20 minutes. He shared with me he was home about to eat, and his wife asked him if he was going to take the call. He said, “yes because their hot.” I’m so appreciative that he came so quickly and now I’m cool instead of dying in the heat.
