Robby came out on a Saturday after I had more issues from the day before. He took the time to start from scratch until he found the issue. I’d had 4 different technicians from other companies that couldn’t find the problem. Robbie seemed to know his stuff.
Rafael also did a great job on Friday. Took his time and searched for the issue. Unfortunately we ran out of time but his service was great and professional.

Rafael came and performed maintenance on my hvac system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. Definitely happy with the service he provided.

Caleb, who came in to help with picking a whole new hvac system, was very knowledgeable as well. Didn't try to up-sell anything and only recommend what was needed for my home.

Great experience with both visits. Both very very professional and polite.

5/12 Update… Rafael came out and did an excellent job. He showed me the issues and potential reasons for AC failure. Very courteous and informative. Highly recommended!

Rates and service description clearly explained prior to our service call over the phone. Michael got our system checked out, made recommendations and got the condensation drain (I don’t know if that’s what it’s called) unclogged. Problem solved! He was also great with our big dogs! While not a requirement, still greatly appreciated.

It always seems like an AC stops working after hours. I spoke with Cece first, who was very kind over the phone and assured me I would be taken care of tonight! I had a technician in route within 20 minutes of calling. Cece then called and said the technician was having car trouble, but they had an alternative that was 3-5 minutes from me. Caleb, a service manager, arrived and was very through and professional. He made sure to document and provide details on everything he did. I felt his recommendations were spot on! Looks like I truly did find my “First Choice” from now on for AC repair and maintenance!

We were under warranty and our capitol went out. We were told the bill would be $129 for the service call. Understandable, The service guy was great and took care of everything. While paying for the bill he gets a call from his manager explaining to him that he needs to charge me another $197 on top of the $129 we were quoted. I overheard the manager state that they dont do anything for free. I believe that is what warranty stands for. It is not our fault the equipment that is provided failed and they need to replace it. They went back and forth for a minute than the service guy tells me the new charges and explains the part was free to justify it. I paid the bill. I will no longer do business with this company. Shop before you buy.

Update. Just got a call from the manager explaining that the issue was the lack of onboarding to the team member in using the software. Then he began to argue with me about my issue until I told him to have a great day and hung up. THE LEADERSHIP IS THE ISSUE . Do your research before doing business with this company....

Robby was a great communicator. I like how responsive and quick we get someone out when we call. Thank you for your service.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the issue and took care of it. We have been using their service for more than 2 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Robby Dollar came and fixed my AC unit and he never disappoints! I would prefer him come out for all our future calls and maintenance! He’s the BEST!

My A/C unit wasn’t cooling as well as it should and was cycling way too long. Rafael did a great job explaining what the problem was and made the repairs in a timely manner. I definitely will use them again!
