    It was one of the few times Texas temperatures dropped below freezing and our heater decided to not work. After going to all the troubleshooting procedures that I knew of, I was not able to get our heater to work so our home temperature dropped to 54 degrees Fahrenheit so my wife and I were pretty cold.
    I called Forney Air at 5AM, spoke to Richard, and explained the situation. Although very early, cold, and still dark, Richard arrived within 45 minutes with high spirits and a pleasant attitude. It took no longer than 20 minutes for him to assess the situation, identify the root cause, and resolve the (simple) issue.
    I would recommend this company to ANYONE in the DFW metroplex who is having and HVAC issues. These guys know what they're doing and they're not looking to rip you off.

    great service, no hard sell. they repaired a broken wire, only charged me for the service call. unlike the first company who tried to get me to buy a complete wiring harness. good honest folks.

    We called about our heater at 6:00 pm and our technician Robert, was at the house in an hour diagnosed the problem and had the heater working before 7:30. Robert is a rockstar and Forney Air has the best HVAC service in town

    I was well informed on all unit and service options so I could make an educated decision on exactly what my house needed. I got an amazing American Standard unit and had all new ductwork. I could tell a difference in air quality immediately and now the house cools and heats in no time! On top of that my electric bill is down because I finally have the right size unit for my house.     Forney air is our go to company. I have had two systems installed in two separate properties. One property was a replacement and on the other I installed a new unit that was moved from the first floor to the third floor attic. I love the space the move created in the downstairs closet and how quiet the move made my downstairs

    Called at 7.15a on a Saturday morning when triple digit heat was expected. Tech arrived in less than 30 mins and instantly got to diagnosing the problem. Soon knew what was wrong and had it swapped out to our relief. Top service in a very professional manner. I know who I will be calling next time.

    After the review hit the owner of the company came out and fixed everything ... no more duct tape and I have been very satisfied with everything I just hate that it was a bad review that fixed the problems ... but they are fixed and I am very pleased that it was taken care of today ... thank you Richard

    First review ... Very disappointed with the service I have received... I had a new ac unit put in a couple months ago a very nice upgraded 2 stage system ... the owner Richard came out and was very nice let me know what my options were and seemed Very thorough and knowledgeable while selling the unit that is really the reason I went with his company ... come install day 2 guys came out and put the unit in they seem to have had some trouble getting the unit in the ac closet they took the thing apart and installed in piece by piece ... but once again they know what they are doing I really do not ... the first day before they even leave I notice that the system is really loud they dont seem to think anything of it after testing it out and such I give it a couple days then decide to call it takes 2 calls to get a call back and have them check it out they come out and yes there was a problem a zip tie was In the fan making it like a card in the spokes of a bike tire ... a couple weeks later I open the ac closet and it is like a freezer in there I have more ac in that closet them my whole house it seems and I notice that the unit has black duct tape all over it so I call them again it once again takes 2 calls to get a response...they send out the same guy that installed it he is very nice but he comes out and duct tapes it more and tells me that these (top of the line) American standard dont always have there seals and gaskets in them or just dont fit right ... the problem is still going on I can leave that door open to help cool the house I guess ... so I have been calling the owner for over a week now and i can not get a return call at all !!! I wanted to have him come out and check it as it being duct taped together doesnt seem like it's a good unit that i just paid high dollar for plus the filter that I will need to change is behind the drain pipes and seems impossible to get it out to change it ... that nice 3 year warranty doesnt seem that great if they won't return there calls at all!!!! Good luck if you use these guys!!! I will now be calling a reputable ac company to came out and fix it or reinstall it correctly I guess !!!

    We had our ac completely out. I called at 8:30 am and the guy was out here within 15 minutes. He was polite and FAST! We was done in about 30 minutes and we were in business!

    I called them late one night cause my a/c stop working and they came straight out and got it fixed for me. Every nice and explained everything to me with what had happened. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Forney Air.
