Wonderful!

When it's 100 degrees and your A/C is not cooling, it can be stressful. I called at 6:30 am. I was shocked to have someone pick up the phone! The young man that came out was Robert. VERY nice young man with a young family. He could not have been more respectful. Melissa who works the phones and scheduling was so nice as well. I am happy I called them. It is not nice and cool in here as I write this.... Thx Forney Air!

I interviewed several big name AC's co's to replace my 3 systems. Was most impressed with owner Richard Simpson's "can do" attitude to the challenges 2/3 units presented. Install crew was great. All were positive and solution oriented as well. We are very pleased. Highly recommend!

Professional work and good guys! When another company couldn't solve our A/C problems, they came in and got the job done quickly and cost effectively! They'll be our first call if any other problems come up.

This was the second time I have used Forney Air, once for AC and today for heat. They respond quickly and got the job done promptly.

I would use them again in the furutre, but hopefully not the too near future, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.

The owner actually serviced two of my condominiums today. He was on time, clean and respectful. The price was exactly what was quoted. I am happy to have finally been proactive enough to have things checked out before there was a problem. They did a great job!

One word....amazing. Called 5 AM on a Sunday morning and they were here before 8 AM. Had a clogged drain line they took care of quickly and affordably. The service technician was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need my a/c system serviced I’m calling Forney Air. Im a customer for life!

My master bedroom has been noticeably warmer then the rest of the house since I moved in 5 years ago. I have had several other a/c companies out and they just fiddle with the damper and leave. Forney air flushed the line and rebuilt some part and also opened the damper 100%. It's colder than it has ever been, Very professional/friendly, and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. I will recommend Forney Air to everyone I know,

This past summer (2015) my builder's grade AC and heat pump died. I am so skeptical of repair people and services these days its just really hard to find people to trust in. I called a few places and got my three quotes. Richard at Forney Air had the best price AND the best equipment. American Standard is at the top of the food chain when it comes to AC and heat pump. They are made by Trane, it's the same company. I highly recommend an American Standard system and the folks at Forney Air. They did everything as promised and in a timely fashion. They even put freon in my old system for a couple days to get my family and I some cold air in the middle of the summer before the new system was installed. You can be assured that you will get top of the line equipment at a good price and installed correctly. Our electric bill has also dropped drastically since having the new more efficient system installed.

I give them a 1 star just because the tech was a nice guy other than if he is there only tech he really wasnt trying to take care of his customer and make money for his company he checked out my unit he told me he switched the fan speed from low to high, then he said its low on freon which he bumped it up then he told he thought the suction line Schrader valve was leaking but he didnt ask if I wanted it changed he didnt ask if I wanted him to see if maybe there was a leak any where else he just said I'm pretty sure your compressor is going out. So I had another company come out check out my ac and figured what the problem was and it wasnt my compressor. So instead of me going through Forney Air to Replace my inside / outside unit for 6,000 something $ I'm gonna take my service else for now on. So much for We ♥️ Forney.
