Forney Air

Yep, they are good. 101 degrees today and I come home after work to find the AC blowing warm air. Since its late on a Friday, I was worried about living with a hot house all weekend. They returned my call within a few minutes, and then a technician arrived an hour and a half later. The technician replaced a capacitor and did a few other things. They charged 40 for the service call and 225 for the capacitor, and the email invoice was sent to me before the technician left. No BS, and he pointed out what was good and bad about my old (15 year or so) AC unit. I now know who will be servicing my AC and Furnace in the future.

Technician arrived on time, was very helpful in explaining what was happening even taking pictures and sending them to me at work. Very professional and respectful. AC seems to be working better.

Even though we didn't have an appointment, Forney Air made room in their schedule to come fix our A/C. The technician who arrived was great!

They are honest, efficient and excellent at what they do! I highly recommend them. With this company the customer comes first which is very hard to find these days! They came right away and had us cool and comfortable very quickly! This company has earned our trust and loyalty!

Great job reasonable prices and very responsible in response. They seem to care about their customers. Calls to make sure things are working properly and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the service and even checks to make sure you get the best out of your air conditioner

Love the quality of service and the price! Called Richard out of the blue for service and immediately he came and rescued my family and I from heat exhaustion and the price was right!!!!!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a good A/C and Heat company!!!!

Fast and friendly service. Very informative on why my system was struggling and the benefits I would gain from a new system which I asked about and was not pitched instead of helping me with repair. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
