My AC went out. I called them at 8:45 am. Chris returned my call at 9:00am. He was here at 9:30. Wow!!!!! He was very professional. He diagnosted the problem and fixed it. Will use him from now on. Keeping my money in Forney. Great job Forney Air.

EXCELLENT SUPERB FRIENDLY HONEST AND OVERALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Richard! Came home today to a hot house, called Forney Air and left a message, within 10-15 minutes I got a call back from Richard, told him a/c was not cooling. We have trouble every yr and last time was only 6 wks ago. I ask if we needed new unit could he put it in today? His honest response was "first let us get there and take a look before we jump to that." Then he said I'm on the way. Within maybe 30 minutes or less he was here. He found the part that had went out and when we ask what we owed, he didn't charge us anything - he said the part was under warranty and he had replaced that same part for us the end of last summer. We had no idea - he could have charged us because we were desperate and hot! I say that as the thermometer reads 101. That is honest home town customer service! We know this is the last summer for our a/c unit and Forney Air will definitely be called for the job. We truly appreciate your service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

We are Tony and Alice Angelone, and we have used Forney Air for 4 years now at our business locations and our residence. Always have been quick to respond and done and excellent job. This time we had an older AC unit replaced as well as older inside equipment. All turned out great again. Thank you guys!

“Things” always happen on the holidays; the sink disposal stops working on Thanksgiving,just before dinner begins; the air conditioning stops working on July 4th and you live in Dallas ,Texas! (And the outside temperatures are in the 90’s) Well, this is my story! Who do you call? Not a random AC company! I called Forney Air Conditioning and Heating. The person answering the phone on ‘The’ 4th of July was the owner of the company. He told me what to do to have temporary cooler air ! Talk about service! Richard came to my home, was able to repair and service the AC unit! In addition, he shared time to explain a future issue if the same thing occurred; and on the spot, emailed a receipt and a quote for a new unit at a later date! I’m impressed by the service. I appreciate the relationship Forney Air Conditioning and Heating want to have with me as a consumer. I look forward to referring my family and friends!

My Central AC unit went out yesterday. I called up several vendors in the area and finally got to Richard. He came in diagnosed my problem and gave me the best price and service. I compared his rate against 4 other vendors and he came in way more affordable and the techs that came into the house were SUPER courteous and fast. I can't say enough about how Richard was able to help me and my family get cool again in this heat. Highly, highly recommend Forney Air and Richard. Thank Ya'll!!

We had 3 new AC/Heat systems installed, Blake & his team were very professional, and their prices were reasonable. Really appreciated the how fast the install turn around happened. I highly recommend Forney Air.

This cold snap arrived as predicted and guess what? The furnace stops working. After making several calls I was unable to get a tech onsite today, until I called Forney Air, who had a tech at my home 20 minutes after I called. The person on the phone was very professional and so was the technician, who incidentally had it repaired in about 10 minutes.

Forney Air came out quickly and fixed both our AC units within 1 hour!! He arrived early for the appointment, which was great considering the heat. Forney Air's prices are great. We HIGHLY recommend Forney Air to everyone!!!

Forney Air and owner Richard Simpson was truly an outstanding AC/Heating company. Unfortunately My. Simpson passed recently and Forney Air appears to be out of business.

It took two trips because the problem went away but returned a few days later, I put in a call Robert identified the problem, order a new part and replaced it early the next day. I was not charge for the second trip and the replacement part was discounted.
Robert did a great job and I was very please with this company and will use them again.
