The technicians were on time. They were efficient and they were outstanding. I can say that I was very happy with the quality and service that they provided. With the cold weather approaching and with them having to replace my air handler, these two technicians did a phenomenal job. I would recommend Sherrell Air Conditioning & Heating in the future.

Dylan arrived earlier than projected and I was quite thankful as our ac had been out all night. He performed an immediate inspection of our ac unit, thermostat, and attic ac . He was very thorough and went to work to quickly solve the issues. He was so polite and positive! He did not try and suggest any unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate his attitude and knowledge. I can't comment on the price because I did not price shop or do research on what the typical cost is for the repair they did, what I can say is thank you so much to them! In our house, we had been having this issue where the master bedroom's temperature does not match the rest of the house (i.e. if the master bedroom was warm, the rest of the house was HOT, if the master bedroom was cool, the rest of the house was FREEZING). We had 2 previous companies come out and misdiagnose the issue. This company came out, correctly diagnosed it and fixed it in 2 days (scheduling conflicts). As I walked out of my bedroom this morning (11/21), I felt the difference, the temperature was even throughout the house! God bless you all at Sherrell!

We just got a service call from Dylan. He showed up on time! He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the system. He diagnosed the issue quickly and even gave us some best practice suggestions to help us in the future. Besides that, he left the area that he was working in in our home as clean and tidy as when he arrived. These are top-notched professionals.

Dylan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a scheduled annual system check as part of the gold plan. He informed me of the pending danger of a rusted heat exchanger in my original year 2000 furnace (carbon monoxide danger if hole forms due to the rusting). He checked for any CO2 issue, and didn't find one - but was upfront recommending to get the heat exchanger replaced before an issue develops, which I appreciated.

They refused to warranty what they sold me when it broke down under warranty. Charged me $3100 for labor plus other things that they did not do. Then instead of removing the fraudulent charges, they filed a lien against me for everything including the undone work! Call someone else!

Dylan arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of cleaning our ducts and cleaned up after each room was done. Dylan put drop cloths to ensure a clean area as well. My wife and I asked about UV light sterilization. Fortunately, he had one in his truck and recommended we search YouTube for videos on the Reme Halo-LED system. Previous experience with a similar product prompted us to ask. The information was helpful such that we also bought the Halo-LED system that Dylan installed while onsite. There was no pressure to sell the system; just let us do out own research. Being a major allergy sufferer, the Halo-LED system is a great addition to our home. We started to notice a difference within hours of installation.
