Sherrell Air Conditioning & Heating

Saved our lives!!! I have a family of 8 and there's no way we could afford a new AC unit. The guys at Sherrell Air Contitioning and Heating put in a new one absolutely free. It is hard to express how grateful we are in a review but without these guys we wouldn't be surviving the extreme heat of Texas. If your looking to have any work done on your system please look no further. They are an absolute God send!

Steven and his team are amazing! We went back and forth with our home warranty’s referral and decided to move forward with a full replacement because we lost confidence in the other company’s ability to communicate and repair timely. I am so glad we did! Steven made the process so easy and he was so responsive to all of our many questions and different quotes as we compared different options based on our budget. He never fussed for the trouble and earned our business. We used them before for our small 2 ton unit repair and they were timely and friendly then so I feel comforted knowing we will continue to be serviced with his team! This review is the culmination of working with Steven and Sherrell AC for 4 years. Steven personally came to service my unit multiple times during late and weekend hours while my wife was pregnant and also once my daughter was born. He saved us many times during those hot summer days! After my old unit failed 4-5 times in 2 years (it was 18 years old), it was time for a full replacement/upgrade. After quoting the job out with 5-6 different companies, Sherrell AC was able to get me the best price in the area for a top brand. They came in, completed the job in 1 day, and then took the time to show me the new system. There were a few minor installation hiccups during and after the install, but I attribute 95% of those issues to the poor attic layout and ductwork, with the other 5% tied to a bit of attention to detail/organization. It is a massive job with a team of 5-6 people, so understandable. They were able to work through each issue and solve them with relative ease. After using the system for a while, they followed up with me to fine tune the whole system to operate as efficiently as possible for my home's layout. After fine tuning the system, I had them redo some duct work that was installed incorrectly during the build of the home, and now I have a very balanced cooling/heating on a 2 story home. We are still fine tuning the AC to be set with the new duct work, but so far, there is no more battling with the old system to achieve the correct temperature in the upstairs rooms! Steven and his entire team are very professional, punctual, and I would highly recommend Sherrell AC for any type of AC/heating work.

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with explanation of the issue we were experiencing and also very professional. We ended up having to replace our furnace- the installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up and were done quickly. I want to thank Sherrell and all of the gentlemen that helped us get this done! Amazing job!

Technician was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was dissatisfied with the pricing though. Very expensive in comparison with what I researched. Once it was diagnosed it was hard to say leave it, I will get a better value somewhere else.

Sherrell has been a great company to work with. They have replaced both my outdoor HVAC system and furnace and cleared our ducts. Very prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
