Have had James from Forney Air out to our business several times for a few different issues and he has always done an amazing job! They can come out fast, and James is very knowledgeable and courteous!

James Edwards was AWESOME!!! Our AC went out and we hoped it was something simple and sure enough it was. James took his time and helped us so much and was very educational and thorough. After just a few minutes it felt like we were hanging out like we’ve been friends forever. Very grateful that Forney Air has someone like James. Thank you James for all you did and great conversation.

Our upstairs air conditioning unit went out. We called Forney Air because of the good reviews on our community FB page. Blake from Forney Air got here within 2 hours of our call for help. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and had it up and running within an hour. We highly recommend Forney Air, especially Blake. The price was good too.

Forney Air is awesome! We had a horrible week that started off with a crack in our main plumbing line which backed up into our house, our deep freezer died and we didn't know it until it was too late, then to top it off our A/C died! All this within 24 hours. We called Forney Air and received a quick response from Richard, the tech came out and gave us the bad news that our compressor was out and our particular unit needed to be replaced. Thankfully Richard worked it out for us and we are cooled off again! Our family is forever grateful for the amazing service and compassion we received! Thanks Richard for being a blessing and caring about your customers!

I called late this morning and they sent a technician in the early afternoon. James, the technician, was super professional; explained what he was doing and even pointed out some concerns that I may need to be aware of which was not directly related to the task he came in for. He saw some lights coming through from vent in the attic when he went up there. James even changed the air filter that I had on the floor which I had fully intended to change myself. He was not only very professional but friendly and informative. I really appreciated his service and the time he took to explain about A/C and heating that I did not know. A great company!!
