Forney Air

Called Forney Air after having another AC company misquote me and possibly make the situation worse. They came out within the hour. Fixed the problem for 200$. The other company wanted to charge me 1200$ for nothing. Very nice, competent and honest. Will definitely use them for all our needs in the future. Chris was great. So thankful.

Richard was very pleasant and professional. He came out after hours to diagnose the problem and had my heat running first thing the next morning! It was great to experience a company in this day that is still willing to go above and beyond expectations to let you know they want and appreciate your business. THANK YOU!

Our new AC unit went out after 4 months. We used another AC company that was recommended to us, which left us without air conditioning for three months while he supposedly ordered a new unit. Then finally when I called again, I was told "the part came in" to fix it. We paid him $1,100 total. He got it running til he left. We could never get him back out. We contacted Richard with Forney Air and although we live in Little Elm, he agreed to come and help us. He contacted Carrier, got the right replacement part and it's been running great. I'm so grateful to find an honest, knowledgeable Air and Heating Company. Thank you so much Richard.

We had several companies come to are home to fix an air issue. We would pay for the work done and few days later same problem. Forney Air came out figured out what was wrong. They showed me what was happening and how they fix it. Very professional and highly recommended.

So I come home from my parents ready to start getting ready for the work week to only walk into the house steaming hot. I go look at the thermostat and its 85 degrees!!! I immediately call Forney Air and Richard was able to come out since his oncall guy is backed up until 10pm tonight to check my unit out. The condenser went out and he was able to replace it for me and get my AC back running!! I'm so lucky to have a wonderful company local that takes care of my AC needs and on a Sunday at that!!! Now time for a cold bubble bath while this pregnant woman waits for the house to cool down!

Rickey and Tristen came out and installed new coils and a new outside unit for us. They were very polite and efficient. The owner, Richard, is very nice and knowledgeable as well. I found them through the Good Contractors List and I would highly recommend them.

James Edwards was my service technician. He was professional, friendly and meticulous at his work. I aim a realtor and will definitely use Forney Air again personally as well as refer them to my clients when they are buying or selling a home.

Richard showed up within 40 minutes after I called. He serviced my Air conditioning system and gave me helpful tips to keep the unit functioning properly. Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Forney Air for their professional attitude, outstanding technical knowledge, and great customer service. A special shout out to Blake O. for his outstanding customer service and exceptional patience in dealing with an especially vexing electrical/control board issued on our furnace. He had an especially difficult time dealing with the manufacturer of our heating system and he handled the issue with a great deal of patience. I would definitely use them again.

Our upstairs air conditioner stopped working. We called Forney Air and Richard said that he could come out that day. He arrived at our house at the promised time and quickly fixed the problem. He then checked our system thoroughly for any other problems. The price was reasonable (we previously had the same problem with our downstairs unit and received quotes from other companies), and he didn't try to upsell us or pressure us to sign a maintenence contract. Richard did a great job of communicating with us before and during the repair. Friendly service at a great price.
