The service tech (Kelvin) was very responsive in communication and very professional. When he and his partner came to my apartment they worked quickly to remove the old Pack unit we had in our bedroom and replace it with the new one. They were able to answer all the questions we had about the new unit and hooked it up to our existing thermostat. Everything took about 45 mins for everything. I highly recommend Applied Heating and Cooling to my friends and family.

Paid for a service call and was told I’d have a technician there in a three hour window. When they did not arrive I called multiple times and spoke to multiple people who could not help, had various excuses and would not ever connect me to someone that could provide answers. All there calls go through an answering service. Were really quick to upsell upon first contact with no follow through on service. Owner of this company needs to be aware of their poor service. There are numerous other companies that can do this work, use someone else and save yourself the trouble and time than sitting around waiting on a technician that never shows up.

Funny how they can charge your card immediately and it takes 5-6 days to get a refund.

Applied Heating and Cooling has been a consistent friend to my home ever since we first started using them. We recently updated both the AC and the heater and they have maintained and corrected any problems found. I recommend their semiannual maintenance package, which also gets you priority on emergency calls.

Kevin was just at my home to discuss prices of getting a new AC unit, as my husband & I are planning on upgrading. He was very professional about everything, and was certainly very knowledgeable. He gave us pricing on a couple of different systems, and provided his input on each.We'll definitely be doing business with Applied Heating and Cooling again, once we're ready to move forward on getting a new system!

Kelvin was very professional in setting up the time and making sure we were kept informed of the arrival time. The specialists arrived 2 hours later than predicted but that is often the case in the contractor world and the important thing is that Kelvin kept us informed all the way. His workers were clean and professional. I would hire him again any time.

Every interaction with the company has been top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They replaced both my AC and furnace. The pre-work discussions about needs and options was exactly what needed to happen so that we could make an informed decision, weighing the costs with the benefits of the different systems that could be installed. We had to replace two HVAC systems this month. This week, Danny and Pius did a great job installing our main floor unit. Then yesterday, they installed our basement unit. The team worked hard and did a fantastic job. Thank you Applied Heating and Cooling for job well done.

Appointments are always set up and managed nicely with reminders and calls if there are any changes. Work is done efficiently and timely with friendly and professional service. The techs at Applied Heating and Cooling provide information but don’t push for more work to be done unless it is absolutely needed. Would highly recommend them.
