We've called Forney Air at least 3 times now for various things and every time they have been extremely quick to come out and fix the problem. The guy that comes out is very nice and friendly and is good at getting the job done quickly. We have absolutely no complaints about this local business and would recommend them to any of our neighbors and friends, and do.

I called at 9am on Saturday, the tech was at my house in 15 minutes, repaired the system in less than 30 minutes!
And the service charge was much less than I expected!
I will use Forney Air exclusively from now on!

Our unit froze up and was leaking water downstairs. I called and a technician arrived about an hour later. He had the issue diagnosed very quickly. After allowing the unit to thaw out, we were back in business. He installed a t connector on the drain pipe so that I could pour bleach into the pipe to keep it clean and checked the outside unit to make sure it was good to go.
The service was outstanding, price was very reasonable and everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me.

It's been almost 3 years since they attempted to fix my AC. I waited this long, its only fair. I believe they either didn't know how to fix my unit, or they were pushing me to buy a new one. Call another company and had it going. I called forney air to request a refund for charging me for attempted repairs. They agreed to refund my money at first. Then called back saying they want to hook up the gauges and see it running, then I get the refund. I refused. I figured they may do something to the unit. So here we are my ac unit still running. I would be very careful!

Heater wasn’t working in below freezing temps. Called for service and Robert came out within an hour or so. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided the correct solution. He was very professional, respectful and well experienced in the knowledge of the air industry. I would highly recommend Forney Air and more specifically Robert the tech that came out.

On Friday August 3rd my A/C sent out and it had to be replaced. Before recommending a replacement the owner spent a couple hours to determine the problem and found it could not be fixed. The old A/C was an off brand and no parts available (it was old and original to the house). I decided to replace the entire unit and Richard gave me a quote on the same day. We scheduled the replacement for August 7th and it was completed in one day. The installers were professional and respectful. They worked in extreme heat and got the job done. My yard and attic were thoroughly cleaned from all the installation. I love the unit and my home is cool and quiet unlike before. Thank you so much Forney Air.

Forney Air has consistently provided prompt and quality service. Spoke to Robert, the tech on duty last evening about 10 pm. We agreed that the service could wait until the next day . Robert arrived at 9 am the next morning, fixed the problem at no charge.

I've been using Forney Air for several years now. They've helped me keep my old HVAC running way past its prime. When I decided to retire the old unit Chris came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on a new American Standard system. The following Saturday morning the installers were at my house bright and early to take out the old and install the new. It was an all day job but they got it done and got it done right. Been enjoying the new system for a week now. Can't wait to see how much more efficient the new system is when the electric bill comes in.

Richard and his team did an amazing job solving our AC situation. Not only did we have a unit out, but we had problems with even cooling. Richard recommended a new variable speed unit and now that it's been in a few months it has solved our problems. The system cools the downstairs of our house effortlessly, it runs consistently at low speed using less power continuously providing cool air. I can't say enough about how well we were treated and the professionalism with which we were treated. Strongly recommend Forney Air.

They sent a service tech out by the name of James Edwards who diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit in just a matter of minutes. He is very good at what he does. He is also very courteous. I will use Forney Air for all of my heating and air needs going forward. They know what they are doing and quick at getting it done, and that's refreshing!
