PRIME AC AND HEAT

Was able to come for service same day. Outlined options clearly. Installation was next day. Arrived on time. Professional crew, respectful of home, family members and pets. Great communication. No surprises. Cost at quote was cost at the end, even with an upgrade of equipment due to the availability of equipment.

I woke up not expecting to have to make a big purchase but I was glad to have Prime to help me figure it out. They took the extra time that I needed to decide on the best solution. The next day they came out and installed a new system for me. They made sure every part that needed to be replaced was replaced. Our new AC is quieter and doesn't have to run as much as our old one. I am not an expert but the work looks good and no mess was left. Times are turf right now, but Prime offered several financing options and I could pick the right one for my situation. I recommend them for a yearly checkup or a new install and everything in between.

I was very happy with Jorge and Prime AC. Jorge helped me chase down a warranty issue and also researched several new system options. A new system wound up being the better solution. Jorge and Joe were very friendly and the installation looked excellent. They even did the install on a Saturday.

The first thing that Jorge said after I called him and told my predicament was "First of all Tim, I just wanna thank you for giving me the opportunity to even speak with you regarding your AC issues....". THAT was exceptional customer service and it did not stop the entire way through. I had a whole new inside and outside unit replaced and Jorge was there with me the whole time during the process from start to finish. Even helped with getting lower payments through financing. I would recommend this company to anyone. They did the job not just right, but perfectly and fast. Very happy.

Found Prime AC and Heat from on line reviews and I’m so glad I choose them to replace my dated and broken HVAC. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness and fair pricing. Jorge came out right on time for the initial appointment and thoroughly explained all the options. Jorge and his crew then did the installation on my schedule on a Sunday, again right on time, and completed the work in a thorough and very professional manner. I'm happy with my new HVAC installation and very happy with Prime AC and Heat.
