PRIME AC AND HEAT

They installed new AC, heat & heat pump system. We couldn’t be happier. Jorge & Jose were great to work with & the crew worked so hard & efficiently. Just emptying out the attic (50-year old ductwork
) was a monumental task. Can’t wait to see the savings we’ll see in the gas & electric bills.

Our furnace stopped working and we contacted Prime AC and Heat. Several options were presented by Brett. He is super knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained to us what the problem was with our furnace. He answered all my questions. Provided me with options while never overselling. We went with a full furnace replacement, duct work, added return and new thermostat.

Jorge along with his crew performed the work, he went above and beyond in fixing other stuff apart from replacing the furnace which was the main job. We appreciate how much he cared about us as a customer. They kept the house clean while doing the job.
The problem with our furnace could not be addressed by other companies previously but these guys quickly diagnosed it, replaced it promptly just before the winter storm and the furnace works great.

Marco was very professional and found the cause of the vibrations in the wall and noise very quickly. He provided a creative solution that worked at a very reasonable charge. This will be my new go to HVAC company for future use!

Contacted them at 1130pm yesterday through their easy online appointment system, was contacted an hr prior to my 10am appt for details and confirmation and it’s 10:41am all is fixed/replaced and working. Great service by Jose M. Pricing was much better than previously quoted by another company.
