PRIME AC AND HEAT

I would like to thank Prime AC and Heat for their great service and professionalism.They arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and the work that was required to be sure that our brand new system is ready for the hot Texas weather was done in just a few hours. A very good job.
The entire experience with Prime AC was exceptional.

Our heating unit went out yesterday evening. My husband looked for someone but with the rain and the temperature dropping we did not think we could get someone out. Prime answered our call was here in about 1 hour!! They had our heating unit fixed and running again in no time. Francisco is a great technician!

Was courteous, professional, and honest. Fixed our heating for under $100, and didn't try to BS or upsell us. Would highly recommend and use again.

Let me start by saying- All this 100% 5 stars is Not Joke,
My heater was broken from days and I had Tom's mechanic came and Quote for $498 for only blower motor replacement and it end up with they walking away from contract.
However, George from Prime Ac & Heater came (i called 8am- he came 10am repair time 40-45min) and offered same repair for $250. After further more diagonist I decided to go with both board and blower motor replacement and it was came to $389 which was still cheaper then other.
I highly recomend this people to eveyone.

We have been using Prime AC and Heat for years. Jorge and his crews are top notch experts at HVAC work. We had 2 complete AC units installed, they work great, and the installation looks great. They really take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. We would not trust any other company but Prime AC and Heat for HVAC work.

Jorge was very professional and showed up to the consultation 10 min early, and the job 15 min early to set up.

He clearly documented the job with pictures of before / after, inspected the site for rodent damage, and even added some extra insulation for good measure.

Would recommend for any heat / ac / HVAC needs

we got a new air conditioning system today from prime ac & heat. We are impressed on how well the unit sounds outside we could hardly hear it compared to our old one. They made it easy for us to get financing and were able to give us an answer the same day. Great choice for us.
