Very professional and punctual! They were the only company that was able to come out same day to get my AC fixed! Will definitely be using Prime AC and Heat for all of our HVAC needs! The tech Jorge was amazing as well very professional as he explained everything as he was working so there were no surprises! 5 stars all the way!

They delivered on all aspects of quality value punctuality and professionalism. Very clean work. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. They delivered on all fronts. Before finding Prime AC and Heat on Google, I had contacted several HVAC companies that were recommended online and by friends. Of those, I received pricing from three, with only one written estimate. After several calls to schedule an install went unanswered with one of the contractors, I went to Google and found Prime AC and Heat. All 5 star reviews, can those all be real? As others have stated, Jorge and his team were very professional, courteous and answered all questions. Jorge provided a detailed written estimate, including model numbers of the equipment to be installed along with explaining everything in detail. On installation day, Jorge and his team showed up on time and had my A/C replaced in a few hours. After completing the install, Jorge showed me the work that was done, went over the warranty information and made sure I was happy with the install. I am. Great customer service, good pricing, timely install and a cool house = 5 stars to me.

Prime AC and Heat was referred through one of our neighbors. They called me minutes after i sent in my request on their website and had me on the schedule for the same day, best yet they don't have any overtime fees. Jorge arrived on schedule and took some time to comfort our concerns and assure us that we would be taken care of. I'm one of those do it yourselfers kind of guy so I tagged along and watched him work. Very thorough with his inspection and explained everything that he was doing. We surely thought our ac was toast but come to our surprise Jorge got the ac running again. $450 later and we could not be more happy. This company took care of us and i know they will take care of the next family! We will be using them again.
