Came out the same day and was able to quickly determine my problem and give me a solution I was able to fix. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Called with some AC issues that morning and they were at my house ready to work that evening once I arrived home from work. Took pictures of all of their work and was very upfront about all expenses. Technician did a very good job at simply explaining what the issue was. Definitely will be using them again for any HVAC needs. They were so easy to work with.

Had them come out for an emergency call and they fixed my very old AC system and gave me a great quote for a replacement. Installed the replacement two days later and it works great. They did excellent and professional work for a great price. Highly recommended

Jorge did a fantastic job getting my unit back up and running at 9pm on a Friday night. I called multiple companies trying to get someone out on a Friday evening and Prime was the only company that called me back. Jorge was very thorough and efficient in his diagnosis of my problem and what impressed me the most was his attitude. For being out late on a Friday night he was extremely positive and upbeat about solving our problem. The pricing was very fair and upfront for after hours service. A+ to Prime and Jorge. Grateful to find an ethical HVAC contractor that services our area!
