The customer service was amazing—as was the actual work they did completely installing a new AC system! The owner and all of the employees are the best, and we are so grateful to them for all they did!

Best price we found in Irving, zip 75060. We went with the mid level system. George is an honest and hard working. Other companies were super high and wanted to sell unnecessary things. Glad I met George and went with his services. I even referred them to some friends.

Service tech was awesome. He came out within 45 minutes of my call, after hours. He explained everything. The first few attempts to fix my outdoor a/c unit were a bust, but he kept trying and found a solution. It was quite a bill, but worth it for just a couple hours in the heat.

I called them around 6pm, and I got my new HVAC system running by 1pm the next day. Excellent service end to end. From selection process, to installation implementation. The quotes that Jorge provided were very detailed with multiple options to choose from. Included are the product codes, miscellaneous materials and the warranties with each package that they offer. Plus the advised and recommendation he shared on unit breakdowns and maintenance observed from day to day operations. They carry multiple product lines and offer a fair and reasonable price. Jorge was able to come out the same day and fix the problem within 30 minutes!! He took the time to explain what happened and took the time to look into our warranty so the only thing we had to pay was the diagnostic fee! This company goes above and beyond great service! The technician was very professional and informative. I was having issues with system cooling. The tech was able to diagnose and repair promptly. I always felt he was being professional along the way and letting me know about any issues for the future. Called and had a technician call. He gave me his name Jorge. Gave me the time he would be there. He was there within an hour. Gave me and estimate a the price for a new one. Furnace was old so had it replaced. Good pricing

Our capacitor went out mid-day during the Texas heat, we called a few places, everyone was booked out by a week and couldn’t squeeze us in. With two babies in the house and internal temps reaching close to 90. I called Prime AC and despite their busy schedule, they came over after their scheduled appointments and knocked it out and got our AC up and running before bed time. While replacing the capacitor, he walked me through the process, explained what happened and did a walk through to check for any other issues. Prime AC and Heat provided world class customer service.

Came out same day and found the problem. Gave us fair pricing and multiple options. We elected on getting the heater repaired since we don’t plan on staying at this home for more then 2 years. Great service and attitude. They seem to love what they do. Will use again.
