We have been trying for over a year to find an honest and dependable AC company. Today we found it!! Jason was our technician and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the mechanics of where our issues were. He spoke to us as if we had known him for ages and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, which when your AC is out can be extremely stressful. Wonderful company! Would recommend to anyone, and will be!

Cold Factor has always done an amazing job. Cory was our tech for this visit. He showed up timely and was quick and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to better cool my home. I highly recommend them!

Quality service here. Had a duct issue that was not mounted/staying attached properly. Called them up after some online searching and got a pleasant lady (I think Taylor?) and she was great. Set me up with a time. They did have a small delay on my initial time/date but were communicative and set me up with a new time. Cory shows up, excellent service all around. Quick, efficient, on time and professional. Can’t ask for much more. Price was upfront, and didn’t try to force any unneeded services on me. Wonderful experience and will use again in the future. Thanks to all involved!

Jason is incredible. He got our system fixed and was a great resource to learn about taking care of our system while maximizing efficiency and comfort. We will absolutely be long time customers because of our experience with Jason.

My AC was running hot air. I called different places no one available. And I called the CFH &AIR and told Taylor the problem. Then Floyd the manager came as fast as he can. He is nice and polite. This company is very helpful.

Corey and his team were professional, helpful and took good care of our home while performing their work. From the first visit to diagnose our problem to completing the work was just a matter of a few days. Corey is knowledgeable and trustworthy. AC stopped working. Floyd came out and got us up and running very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helped save us some money as well. These people are amazing and will only go through them and recommend them

Such a nice change for HVAC repairs. These guys go above and beyond at helping, repairing the AC then helped advise on ways to improve our usage in the home. These are the guys you want to call first!
