Bobby and Alex installed a HVAC system yesterday. It was a GREAT experience! They are truly a fine tuned team. Removed Old Installed new cleaned up. Explained operation. Phenominal Job! would and did recommend to anyone.

The Service Experts team just installed our new furnace today. They did a fantastic job, taking great care removing the old furnace from the attic and installing the new one. We have been a customer of SE for many years and we continue to be extremely pleased with their service and professionalism.

Service Experts installed our air conditioning last year --- Great experience!! Naturally, 10 weeks after our warranty expired, we had a problem. Within 3 hours of my call, Joe M & Bernie came to our rescue. They were friendly & extremely efficient. Within a short time we were cool again. THANKS Bernie & Joe M!!!!

Steve and Fabian with Plano service experts and Levy & Son A/C were a great team who did a fantastic, honest job fixing my A/C. They were honest, communicated effectively, and despite a minor issue with Carrier parts store being closed on a Saturday morning, they came early Monday morning to finish the job. I would definitely recommend them for future service needs. Thank you guys! The wife and kids are now back to being cool and comfortable :).

Steve and Elias provided routine fall maintenance. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what they found. We were very pleased with their service. We highly recommend Service Experts/Levy & Son for HVAC services.

We needed the flame igniter cleaned in order for the furnace to work — a sudden problem that occurred on a cold morning with no prior signs of malfunction. Our technician, Joe Jones, was excellent. He explained the necessary repair, left the area clean, and politely answered all our questions.

Jeff & Jose worked tirelessly in a confined space to replace our HVAC system. Arrived at 8 am and finished about 4 pm. Very pleased with the installation

Service Expert Joe Muniz came out, was very thorough, and answered all of my questions. It's helpful to be informed about my system and know why certain things were out of order. Very transparent and knowledgeable. I spoke with Fabian over the phone who was willing to give me additional information and he was helpful as well. Both of these guys did not waste my time, which is most appreciated.

Anytime I have HVAC issue I trust Service Experts. The Technicians that serviced my units were professional, knowledge, and diligent. Thank you Omar, Steve, and Bernie for fixing my HVAC issues!
