    I called them out for an Advertisement of $69.00 check-up. when the service tech arrived he said the refridgerant was low and that we had a small leak. We were told they couldn't add R22 knowing it had a leak and finding the leak could cost as much as $2000. So they went straight into the A/C sell pitch and tried to sell us a $12,000 system. so all we got for $69.00 was a freon check and a A/C sales man. We called another company and was up and running for less than $200.

    There is a young man on the team. His name is Mr Smith.He is accurate in the diagnosis and repair of the problem. He repaired this old unit fast and we are up and running again. This company is amazing and led by Godly leadership. Very professional and well manered employees.very courteous and helpful.

    Metro Air was prompt and knew what they were doing, Got my air going in 30min and recommended preventive maintenance to my unit. I especially like the follow up call the next day to see if everything was still ok.

    My service representative showed up at the scheduled time, after checking my system he showed me what was wrong and explained my options without any pressure sale tactics. They replaced my outdoor unit at the quoted amount and I'm happy with their professionalism.

    I called this place around 6 in the evening last night. It’s late July, so I figured they would be busy and put us out a day or two just like the other 2 AC companies I called the day before. I was surprised to see that a very professional secretary answered phone at that hour. One of the first things she asked was if we were without air and when I answered “yes” she said they would do their best to fit us in that evening. About 30 mins later she called back and left a message stating that they would be at my home within the hour. My son had taken my phone to another room so I missed her two calls that were 15 minutes apart. I thought this was note worthy bc most companies won’t call twice. A technician came to our home and in an hour he replaced the wire that kept our unit from functioning. Furthermore, he gave my husband advice on the yearly cleaning our unit needs in order to stay in shape. Don’t waste your time looking for any other AC company these are your guys!

    I'd recommend these guys. Easy to schedule. Gave me a heads up that the tech was on the way. Prompt arrival + quick service. There's a lot of HVAC service providers out there - my experience with Metro is that they're one of the good ones!

    I have used this company for 10 plus years and I must say each time the Customer service and Technicians are always nice. Thanks Devo! Did I mention timely which is a plus and they haven't ever recommended a ridiculous upcharge to make money. They are really good and very professional!

    My service tech has been the same person for a couple of years now. He's on time, his work is efficient and he explained in detail what job was completed and any services that maybe needed. Great company and employees.
