The team at Metro Air Conditioning Heating & Services have figured out excellent customer service and value. They communicate and establish proper expectations from the time you call them until your issue is resolved. I have used them twice now and both times they took care of the issues very thoroughly while also letting me know about some additional issues I may need to address in the future. The fact that they got my units fixed while keeping my costs down is something I really appreciate. I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC needs big or small.

Larry was easy to coordinate with and worked within my schedule. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, was personable and professional, and quoted me the price I was charged. Admin folks were on top of their game too! Will definitely work with Metro for any future HVAC needs.

I have used this company for several years and they never fail me. The technician always arrives on schedule, courteous, polite and clearly explains the problem found. I must say this time was no different, Devo came in found the problem and quickly repaired it in an hour. Thanks again for great service!

Man I am Glad that real people still exist and provide quality service. It's cold outside and now my heater is working fine. I came home and it was broken knowing it was late and was expecting a after hours extremely high bill. He got my heating problem fixed and now we can sleep in peace and warmth. Mr Larry got the job done and repaired in a efficient manner

I cannot recall the name of the lady that dispatched Larry to my house when my AC stopped working but I talked to her at 9 am and she was still working when I called back at 8 pm to check the status of my repairs. She made sure that a technician got over to my house that day.

Larry did a fantastic job on my AC unit. He came by on his way home from work and made sure that I had AC in these hot Texas summer days. He checked the entire HVAC before finding the cause for my unit not working. He ran down the price for fixing it before making repairs. He fixed it and waited till the unit started cooling again.

I am so thankful to Metro AC for the incredible work by there employees. I highly recommend their services.

I first want to note that their customer service is EXCELLENT which is a rarity these days with most transactions happening online. I purchased a new unit from Metro Air Conditioning last year and one year later (almost to the date) it started short cycling.... Come to find out, it wasn't the unit at all! After several trips to my home, trying different tactics to resolve the strange short cycling issue, their master tech Larry managed to isolate the problem and get the unit back up and running. Turns out I have a totally unrelated problem with my drainage system that was causing the AC to back up and shut off. (I needed a plumber not an AC repairman) Best part is that Larry showed me how to maintain the system myself so as to prevent it from backing up in the future, which will save me $$ in the long run. Great service.

Let me just say, even having to deal with no AC in the middle of summer, working with Larry and metro AC made the experience as pleasant as it could be. We were struggling to find a major leak in our unit for a couple weeks and Larry made sure to always take care of us. He even ended up filling us up with coolant the day before 4th July just so we wouldn’t be hot, knowing he couldn’t see us until after the holiday. Great company! Great owner! So glad we have them to rely on.

These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!

Ron is the best! Very professional and thorough with his services. Ensured the parts were ordered in a timely manner so I could beat the heat inside a cold house. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use Metro Air! 🌟

Big props to Metro for taking great care of me. Corey and his team did a great job consulting me on the options and doing a high quality and fast job. They also gave me a good window for arrival and called in advance as requested. More than that, Corey was likable and trustworthy. The install and the follow up were first class.
