    I have been using this company for years, they are responsive, professional and make sure they get the problem fixed, even when have to make multiple trips to ensure it’s right. My tech, Larry, even followed up to check on how things were working. And never once have I felt like there was overpricing or providing repairs that were not needed.

    I had work done on a commercial building. I felt their service charge was very reasonable. The girl in the office provide GREAT customer service, I wish I remembered her name. They came out same day and gave me a very reasonable quote for new units. Our technician was Marvis and he was very thorough and very informative. Very happy with this place and will be recommending this company to everyone.

    Metro offered an $89 inspection, but it turned out to be $125 for a leak inspection. The quote they gave me for an entirely new system was $8,000 but they did not specify what brand, size, or warranty - just $8K was going to give me something. The first tech came out and left my duct work in the attic sliced open so whatever cold air I had went to the attic for two days. I talked to Rochelle, the office manager who promised me a refund for the inconvenience, and sent a second tech. I've emailed them requesting them to be specific, but no reply yet. Very poor customer service! Who would pay $8K for an unknown product - not me.

    Appreciated the timeliness and ability to get my AC fixed. Pretty frustrated that they changed pricing for the diagnostic. Diagnostic was an additional $150 over what I was originally told. I was able to get them to refund $100 of the overcharge. This is on top of the $200 diagnostic charge (with ladder) that I agreed to and all of the charges to fix the units.

    I was having issues with my A/C unit the other day and I was so lucky that Ron was available to help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the system up and running again. He was incredibly friendly and the consummate professional. I can not recommend him highly enough!

    Used twice, first time very happy with service tech did not come at the time stated had to call to get tech to my home. But service seemed fine. Next called to come out tech did not show or call, had to call 3-5 times for service but tech never showed or called. They stated he was still at another job 6 hrs later. Ended up cancelling the request and going with someone else. BAD Customer Service !
