Good evening to anyone who may read this review I called in a desperate need due to my 86 year old mother air stopped working out of the blue . I spoke with Mr Dewayne who promptly worked to get a tech out to my mom's house and mr larry dubose cane and Promptly fixed the problem. Excellent and prompt service and mr dubose spotted the problem just as quick as he came he knew what was wrong

What a pleasure to work with this company! Very professional- the quote we received was very detailed and all work done was exactly as quoted and the price was very reasonable. The crew was very detail oriented and they installed in a timely manner and left the work area very clean.

Service calls are not responded to timely and requests by phone for assistance with a large leak from the unit installed in July 2016 have not been successfully handled by the company. Was told I needed to talk with Larry Dubose to resolve repairs to damaged kitchen floor and he has not responded.

Ron, was absolutely amazing! Our A/C was leaking and caused it to be extremely hot for about 3-4 days. My mother had severe bronchitis all throughout. He figured out the problem, came each day, sometimes at night to fix it. On the last day, He was finished but my mom and our family was his main priority, because she couldn’t be in the heat for long, he would come check on her if my father or I weren’t home. He was so helpful, kind, time efficient and wanted to make sure we were all taken care of. If anyone needs anything please ask for Ron. He is fantastic and i know that the next time something happens whether it be heat or A/C that’s who we will call! THANKS RON!!

Mr. Larry was awesome! He is pleasant and very professional. He has great product knowledge and was able to communicate, and explain to me exactly what the problem was. I'm amazed!!! He fixed the problem. He is total awesome!

I called and they came to my house on short notice to fix a zone control issue. I got a new board and it was installed within a day. I love the service that they give and very polite technicians.

I needed service on my air conditioner called Metro Air Condition they came out the next day told me what the problem was, went picked up the part the next day repaired the system early the next morning. This is not the first time I used there services each time I would call them they came right out to fix the problem I would highly recommend there services and professional way of handling the problems especially Chad have a great attitude and friendly Thank you Metro

I would like to commend our Technician, Chaz. He provided us with first class service and accommodated us 100% with our new AC unit.

Chaz ensured us that our comfort was top priority and he displayed top notch service to our family.

If the opportunity arises soon, I believe Mr. Chaz should be considered for a monetary raise. It’s very rare these days to find someone who is passionate about their work and their customers like Mr. Chaz has displayed.

Because of Mr. Chaz’s professionalism, our family will continue to be life long customers of Metro AC and Heating.

Metro Air responded promptly to my request to evaluate the situation & took care of installation promptly as well. Furthermore, they were sure to send me a copy of the warranty on the system.
