I have been using Metro Air Conditioning for approximately 4 years. Excellent customer service, quick to schedule and always call to let me know when the technician is arriving. Ron has been to my home several times. Excellent technician, takes his time to explain and thoroughly goes over everything. Grateful to have found Metro Air, they make dealing with a/c issues a little less painful.

I noticed that my air wasn't working properly so, I called Metro Air at 7 am. Within 15 minutes I was on the schedule and Sherman was at my house at 10. He was excellent! Fixed my air in no time and the pricing was reasonable. Sherman - I couldn't properly thank you because I was on a work call presenting. Excellent job and I appreciate you understanding and respecting that duty called. Quality, service and professionalism!

These guys are amazing. Jay went above and beyond to get me an appointment to get it fixed same day. He was a pleasure to talk to.
Larry was the technician that came out to fix the air conditioner. He saved us.
I would totally recommend this company for AC repair or maintenance. I was also expecting to pay a lot more than I did. They were very reasonable. You won’t regret calling them to help you.

I'm so glad that I found this company! Amazing customer service! We needed assistance with our AC on a Saturday night and they were out within hours of our call. Larry fixed our AC until we could get the replacement part on Monday and thanks to him we didn't have to turn off our AC in the Texas summer. Everyone that I dealt with, from the receptionist to both Devo & Larry were so professional, kind and explained everything very thoroughly. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need - made sure all of our questions were answered. I just wanted to make sure that everyone we dealt with receives recognition for their exceptional service. Thank You!!

The level of customer service and professionalism is profound. From the time I called and reported my air conditioning needed servicing. Everyone was pleasant and respectful during all ever encounter. My unit is cooling quicker very pleased with this company. I will definitely be reusing their services again in the future and highly recommend.

I had to use them again (Metro Air Conditioning) for a inside unit that needed to be replaced, not only did they work with me on the cost, they made sure they got the work done the same day. Everyone from the operators , technician to the installers did an awesome job. Very professional, I'm not surprised. This is something they work very hard at and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A/C companies can be risky and I've had my share bad one's, but I can honestly say that Metro Air Conditioning IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Thank you all again, and God bless you all❤😊

You can’t beat the service. The dispatcher was friendly and efficient and Devorian, the technician, was so kind and helpful. He didn’t just fix the problem. He explained the parts and what I could do to maintain my A/C properly. As a new home owner I value these kind of businesses. Thank you so much for being on time and getting the job done quickly.

I love Metro Heating and Air! They were a lifesaver Saturday! My warranty company was supposed to have someone contact me about my air not cooling after I contacted them on Friday. It is now Monday and I still have not been contacted. Well, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Because it was too hot to wait on my company through the weekend, I called Metro, and they sent Larry out. Larry was very professional and laidback at the same time! He fixed my unit and I didn’t have the feeling that I was going to be swindled some how. Great service! I am ending my services with my warranty company and keeping Larry’s card for future use! Metro Air Conditioning serviced our commercial property in the quickest amount of time. Their customer service and pricing is excellent. Devorian was our technician and he explained all repairs thoroughly. Thank you guys! We will definitely be working with them again.
