Great and quick service. I needed emergency service for my AD on a Sunday morning and within the hour they had someone knocking on my door to help. Dewayne assisted me by finding an awesome technician, Larry DuBose, and immediately I was comforted that all will be all right again in my house. Larry did a great job diagnosing the problem, giving me a solution and making me feel comforted for what I was about to spend. Reasonable pricing and great customer service!!

From initial call, Sunday 6am, to final credit card payment at 9:30am, MetroAir was professional, extremely responsive, timely and knowledgeable. Tech, Larry DuBose was impressive and very personable.

Service was a bit pricey but felt like white glove service.

My indoor unit went out in the middle of July. It's burning up outside and quickly catching up on the inside. I needed a quick fix and when all other companies were telling me it would be days before they could come check out the problem Metro Air were prompt and professional. Their pricing was very competitive and they did a great job. I've been recommending them to all my family and friends and even sent my supervisor to them when her a/c went out last week. Check them out!

Another satisfied customer. Larry and his crew were prompt and professional. When he first came to diagnose the issue, he said he would get back to us and work with us on a price. He was true to his word. The unit was moved and we can now watch and talk without the unit trying to talk over us. There is now even heating throughout the house. I am glad that our paths have crossed and to know that there are honest people who will provide the type of service needed.

I was truly impressed with this company and its staff. I telephoned for services @8am by 11am my issues were met. Devorian arrived with courteous and professional smile. I was over joyed at this company's promptness and responsive services. I will referred and also continue to use this company for all of my heating & A/C needs. I had a wonderful experience. Starting with your salesman Marvis. He is a very knowledgeable person and willing to spend the time helping me choose your company as well as choose the right packages for my heating and air conditioning needs. The work was started that same day. Renee and his crew did a wonderful job. The work was well done and the cleanup was very professional. After the work Marvis came back explain the warranty and what the future looks like with the units themselves. Management should be well satisfied with the people in the field. 12/15/16 the Contractor that was sent by Metro Air Condition, Heating was on time for the appointment, professional and did a Great job.
The contractor installed the Nest thermostat and did not take very log to install but the contractor tested the Air conditioner and Heater several times before he said he was finished. I would Highly recommend that particular contractor to friends and family. I would give this contractor that came to my house 10 stars instead of 5 because he was point and did a great job and quickly.

These guys were fantastic! Jay sat with us for an evening answering all our many questions and concerns. He explained what we needed and why it was best for our property, and doesn't mind getting into the fine details if needed. You can tell they love what they do and love doing it well. There was never an upsell or an unkind word for their competitors. Will definitely look to them for any of our heating and cooling needs!
