James and the whole Vincent Heating And Cooling teams were wonderful. James helped us when our HVAC failed this summer and steered us in the right direction when finding a new furnace so we could keep our existing A/C unit. Everyone was responsive and helpful. The installation crew spent all day and the following day making sure that the new system was up and running. I highly recommend them.

James came out the very next day even though they were really busy to fix our AC which had been out for two days with temps in high 80's. Very professional and explained all of our options with extremely reasonable prices. During the repair he injured himself and needed stitches in his finger but he just wrapped it up and kept working. I would highly recommend this company and we have used the big boys of the industry and they were awful.
